Project Overview

Amy is a gorgeous Japanese model working in the US. She moved here 10 years ago at the age of 15 to start a new independent life as a young woman. She worked and earned everything but she can thank the most to her model outlook. 
As an Asian, with an exotic outlook, she is a very successful and well paid model now but not everybody is happy for her carrier. A woman named Amanda hates Amy. She is also a model but thanks to Amy, she is just a "second" class model and while Amy gets all the attention she needs to work as a less paid model. 
She had enough of her and curse Amy when she is coming back from a Photoshooting. The curse rewrites Amy's past and with that her present as well. In a few short moments Amy is not a well paid model who arrived to the country 10 yrs ago, but she is now just a cleaning woman in the studio who arrived 1 month ago to the country. She lost her beauty, and her skills to speak fluently English. Her accent comes back and with that a many-many bad things. 
Everybody treats her as she was always in this position and slowly she starts to believe it herself. 
The next moment she find herself alone again in her room and everything is back to normal. In the rest of the day she found herself in situations where she shifts between her normal and her rewritten reality and the end of the day she will stuck in her new life permanently with all the bad consequences.

  • “I can speak the language,” she muttered to herself, intoning the words perfectly now. “I know I can speak English, I moved here ten years ago, I'm an american citizen and my name is Amy now.”She closed her eyes, she was almost in a meditate state. "I'm a successfull paid model." When the bus stopped she get off and walk straight to the studio. She felt as the restlessness slowly slipping away. That was when Mike, the security guard yelled at her: "Good morning Kimiko!"She looked up the big muscular guy and smiled: “Good morning mistah Miky,” she replied. “It velly nice sun today. Velly nice day. No rain.”"That's right Kimiko! Your english is improving! Slowly but steady! In a few years you will be able to speak fluenly, I think!""Tank ya mistah Miky! I go nov! Do job! Me creani, creani!""That's right! You are the cleaning lady! Have a nice day!"

  • "Kimiko! What the hell are you doing in here?! Why isn't the bathrooms are clean? You better snap out of your daydraming or you surly will lose this job! Now move!"

  • "Of course Kimiko, but if you want to keep your job... well you have to work harder... and take that "extra" mile. Now come into my office before I fire you."
    "Amy are you allright? You look a little bit pale. Is there something wrong? Do you need a break?"
