These characters are in the band of main characters for the series, but have yet to gain a main voice.

Mary is a works diesel who serves as a breakdown engine for the Dream Fleet Rail Co.
Mary is very sympathetic and caring towards the engines she helps out, and will always be willing to lend them a wheel. She's often seen along the mainline either helping out with track maintenance, a breakdown, or a severe accident.
Her voice source is Chelsea Erinne Evered.

Hiro is an old and wise Japanese tender engine, who is famously known as the "Master of the Railway".
Hiro is wise, kind and gentle and can always find good things in other engines. He is also strong at heart and always keeps puffing even though he is meeting hardship. He is a good friend of many engines, especially Thomas.
His voice source is Togo Igawa.

Aren't you a little Master of the Railway too, huh?
Alice and Mirabel are two Great Western autocoaches who are sometimes pulled by Duck on The Northern Coastline Railway. Occasionally they are taken by one of the other engines working on the same branch line. They were rescued from scrap by Sir Topham Hatt, along with Dulcie.
Alice and Mirabel are affable funny coaches and are very attached to Duck. They are known to complain about the heat during summer, and they do not appreciate their passengers being "stolen" by buses, like Bulgy.
Her voice source is freelanced, meaning so long as it’s within the age range, anything goes.
