Pest is standoffish from the other NPCs. He is a loner and doesn't wish to make friends, denying the fact whenever an NPC calls him one, often making them depressed. He is easily annoyed, straightforward, and will often steal items and lie about it when asked if he knows where they've gone.

As seen in her interactions with other characters, DrRetro is a friendly, happy NPC who takes her job as a doctor seriously, often concerning herself with the health of others.
Voice ref would be Hiroko Hagakure from Danganronpa (owners note i love that show)

FleshCousins speak entirely in a word salad vaguely relating to things spoken or done to them, with them rarely speaking in a coherent manner. FleshCousins also have a tendency to mimic the speech of other NPCs on the elevator, although their words will still remain incoherent, much to the irritation of others.
Voice ref would be Nightmare Fredbear but a bit high-pitched,

Pilby is a gloomy, downtrodden NPC. They constantly look down on themself and are easily frightened by the more high-strung NPCs. They often talk about or make reference to their mother, who is stated to be trapped in another dimension.

MR prevents most NPCs from entering the elevator. MR also has a chance to cut out the lights during intermission, obstructing all of the player's screens with a black background. After the lights go back on, MR will look at the nearest player. If any other NPC is in the elevator, MR will burn them in flames after the lights go back on, resulting in them dying.
For a voice ref i'd say the doctor from poppy playtime.
He relly just needs a calm voice.
