Project Overview
Series Summary
There are two schools, Genkou "Heaven" and Gokudo "Hell." For the longest time, they've been at war, determined to take out one another to come out on top. A new school year has recently begun, and the 10-year-long conflict emerges once again!
In this story, we follow a young freshman named Black Panther as she enrolls into Genkou University and embarks on her academic journey... all the while on a secret mission that requires her to step into the shadows to protect her school from any outside forces..."

Finally back from the dead, I introduce to you Smash King's companion series from the Yang Side, Rebel Panther! This is a machinima series utilizing Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as its game engine, as well as Super Smash Bros. Brawl for certain sequences.
Unlike my other show, Smash King, this series is portrayed as an original show that utilizes the Smash roster as representatives of the characters and personalities the story provides. We have a bigger focus on comedy and slapstick here, often pushing the envelope into more vulgar territory such as heavy swearing and sexual situations. So, I insist any potential VAs auditioning to be 18+ and comfortable with cursing.
This is a project meant to test my mettle with personalities of my own creation rather than borrowing mostly from the personalities already found in Smash Bros, and after so long letting this waste away all these years, I'm aiming to finally get this show's momentum going. And I'm looking forward to see who will portray these characters I'll be having up for audition.
The deadline for this casting call will be Feb. 29th 2020. And it will be the first of the casting calls I'll be holding for this series. So, even if you end up not landing a role this time, there will be more opportunities for you in the future.

Forest Edge is the athletic jock of Gokudo University. Easy-going and quick on his feet, he's a practiced underachiever at mostly everything besides sports and hitting up girls. He seems rather dim, lazy, and extremely horny on main, but he has a surprisingly limitless imagination that allows him to cook up all sorts of ridiculous notions and tall tales. Rarely ever a dull moment with Edge around!
For Edge's voice, I'm looking for something befitting a super-chill and lecherous dude-bro, as he does say both "dude" and "bro" in its various types alot, especially "bruh." I can also settle for the character's original direction of sounding like a surfer dude, if that helps in figuring out the proper voice you feel is best for him.
(In awe) Bruuuuh, that’s what I’m sayin’! You livin’ the dream, my dude; that’s the kind of big bitch I need in life! I gotta go, but mad props to ya!
Yo dude. I went out with this one chick once. She had, like, these fuckin' huge cans, bruh. I was shootin' some hoops, and I told her that if those bounced any more, I'd think they're basketballs. And for some odd reason, I never saw her again.
(Excited) Bruh! You gotta, like, check out this mondo-huge gizmo the nerds cooked up!
Frost Atlas is a rough and tough bodybuilder at Gokudo University and Edge's partner-in-crime. He's a quiet, hulking beast that perfectly represents the "muscle" of the duo while Edge does all the talking. It's said that there's a romantic soul hidden underneath his cool fur; in fact, under severe physical trauma, he's able to unleash a "Molten Form" where his white fur glows yellow, and he becomes a more vocal and assertive force of nature. But, Atlas is usually found in the gym to train, having a clear interest in making himself bigger.
I'm looking for a pretty deep and bestial voice for Atlas to give him that intimidation factor while also flexible enough for the character's more sincere, livelier moments beyond his one-note, small-talk persona.
(In agreement) Mmmm-hmm! Deep.
*build-up growl, then roar* *chuckles* My ice has melted...!
(Wistfully) I used to work out just for me... But now, I'm also doing it so I can always be strong for my Queen.
Orchid Nocturne is a top swordsman from Gokudo University, and he makes sure everyone knows it! He's all about the flash. He's all about the attention. He takes tremendous pride in himself and exudes unbridled self-confidence. His loud and eccentric nature is juxtaposed by his incredibly feminine appearance that woos over virtually any sex; even our heroine, Panther, may have trouble putting up with his beauty!
Yes. While Nocturne is now portrayed by Lucina, he still classifies as male. I'm looking for an over-the-top, effeminate and flamboyant style of voice that can land the overall confident, sassy, and sexy nature of this androgynous character.
(Boastfully) And that, my avid zealots, is a result only the beauty of my swordsmanship could achieve! Did we catch all that? Lemme know if you did!
(Flirtatiously) Oh, a rematch, is it? *chuckles* Your tenacity is admirable, sweetie; I do hope you can keep up this time~
(Fiercely) I see why you chose them over us! You need dull company to make yourself stand out!
