Ralsei Original Song (Deltarune)
Project Overview
Hello!
I'm working on a fan song for Deltarune featuring Ralsei. The project is a modern orchestral & emotional melancholic piece, originally inspired by ABBA's "Slipping Through my Fingers". It conveys a similar meaning.
Ralsei knows that with each adventure, he and his friends get closer to sealing up the fountain for good. He recalls the place he has built for them, while understanding that his friends were never meant to stay there in the first place. Sadly the inevitability of time that just moves forward keeps lurking. He's aware of it, he can't do anything about it, it's the harsh truth. He's just watching as their last moment keeps getting closer, and one day having to let them go.
I've attached a quick demo of the first part of the song, the electric piano represents a draft melody for the vocals.
I'm looking for someone who'd be dedicated to the role, with solid singing skills and good quality recording equipment to perform as Ralsei. There is a duet part with Kris and if things go as planned, that role will be covered by a talented VA! I am looking for a female, or androgynous voice for Ralsei.
This is purely a hobby project, so the most I can offer is $80. The song, still actively WIP, would be short around 2 minutes long. If you're fine with a revenue share too let me know, I may consider those submissions first! Please 18+ VAs only!

Singer
An androgynous voice for Ralsei from Deltarune. I am leaning towards a female voice given that the song contains male vocal sections as well, but male voices are also welcome to audition if you have a high-range voice!
Overall Ralsei will have a soft voice. You should be able to perform both with a quiet, melancholic voice, as well as a loud belted, vibrato voice. The song will contain parts where a softer voice is required, and another that is a lot louder where you perform a cool duet with Kris that's more of a 50s musical vibe, opera style.
The voice range is from generally C3 to C4, but will at one point will go as low as G2 (or for the bolder of you, E2) and as high as E4 (which will be soft, could be falsetto as long as you can control it).
I'm not sure how this site displays the payment, but it will be a flat fee of $80. If your voice is cool and I think would fit, I'll get in touch so that we can do a test to see if your voice fits the song well!
