Puyo Puyo Manga English Dub!
Project Overview
Hi everyone, welcome to my first project!
I've been wanting to do something Puyo Puyo related, and would like to do a fandub of a manga with a few other people who are interested!
The final production will be up on my channel, which is here. I was thinking of being Yu and Rei, and I'll be doing the editing for the video as well.
Here is the comic, translated in English!! Thank you to primptownlibrary for translating it!
Rules:
1. You can audition for all three roles! But I will not be picking the same person for more than one.
2. You must have a decent mic, and the audition should have clear quality with little to no background noise.
3. You must be familiar with the Puyo franchise!
EDIT: Oh! If you're wondering why the audition lines are different from the actual manga, that's because the manga was in the process of being translated while I was putting the project together. :)

Hello everyone, I'm so sorry it's been forever since I've last updated! The video is on its way, I'm working on it right now! I haven't been able to work on it before since I have school, and I apologise for making you all wait. But congratulations and thank you to Momdestroyer, koala and Mysterypup! Hi everyone! Thank you for all for auditioning!
I've extended the deadline so more people can audition, especially for Ringo! It's also been extended because my laptop is being repaired as of right now, and I don't have any video and audio editing software on any of my other devices. I don't know when it'll be back..

Arle is very cheerful and kind, but is prone to making some really snarky comments. I believe that she's a little bit older in comparison to Ringo and Amitie.
For her voice, I would recommend something gentle and slow, almost mature even.
As for Arle's accent, any would be fine! I would be interested in hearing different takes on what kind of voice she would have.

Amitie is naive and immature, and she doesn't usually understand jokes or puns.
I would recommend a high pitched and childish voice, which is very peppy and upbeat. It's squeaky to the point that it's almost annoying..
I've been training really hard to become a wonderful magic user!
*giggle* If my friends are with me, there's no way I could be scared!
I don't really know what that is, but something about it sounds totally fun!

Ringo loves math and science, and can be seen as very intelligent. However she is terrified of ghosts! She is easily shocked by anything out of the ordinary, and likes to sing randomly from time to time.
For Ringo's voice, I would recommend a British accent. Her voice would be medium pitched and somewhat slow.
I'm certain that there is a logical explanation behind this...
