Project Overview

Hello and welcome!

If you couldn't tell from the title, this is a fanmade cover group inspired by the game Project Sekai Colorful Stage! Feat. Hatsune Miku.


About Project Sekai

Project SEKAI COLORFUL STAGE! feat. Hatsune Miku (often shortened to 'Project SEKAI') is a rhythm game developed for iOS and Android. The game is a collaboration between SEGA, Craft Egg, Colorful Palette, and Crypton Future Media. The game was released on September 30, 2020 for iOS and Android devices. The game is set in Shibuya, Tokyo. A girl named Hoshino Ichika walks through the streets and sees an LCD screen displaying Hatsune Miku. Upon returning home, she discovers a song named "Untitled" on her smartphone. Out of curiosity, Ichika plays the song, only to be surrounded by a white light and transported to an unknown place. Miku stands in front of Ichika, welcoming her to her SEKAI and inviting her to sing.


About This Project

This is a full-term cover group project, it will include a variety of songs from in and outside the game, though mostly we will be covering songs inside the game, the only difference being the Vocaloids will be written out of the song unless stated otherwise. 


What you can expect from this is

This group includes five bands from inside the game, (Leo/need, MORE MORE JUMP!, Vivid BAD SQUAD, Wonderlands x Showtime and Nightcord at 25:00), where each group will be able to cover songs from that band or completely new covers of songs not even from the game itself. The plan is to hopefully establish one cover per week, although not necessary, paired with its own freshly made art piece. 


Rules/Questions

- Though not absolutely required, I would prefer an age limit of 15, some of these songs have suggestive/dark themes.

- Everyone comes from different backgrounds and experiences, please do not harass or bully any auditions.

- The characters "Mizuki Akiyama" and "Nene Kusanagi" have already been closed and cast.

- Please leave your Discord in your audition. Discord is the main place we will be using to direct this!
