Project Overview
(ATTENTION: Auditions for this project are currently closed, but there will be another Audition created when the project reaches the beginning of development for chapter 2 of each mod, or if characters from chapter 2 are needed any sooner.)
Welcome to project Jumpstart, this project is a big mod project that aims to take the famous video game UNDERTALE and turn it into 3 of it's popular fan made alternate universes (or AUS for short) such as UNDERFELL, UNDERSWAP, and OUTERTALE. The project has gotten a lot of attention within the UNDERTALE community and good progress has been made. This audition aims to find voice actors who can play the roles of the characters of UNDERTALE as well as their au counterparts. This will be useful for things such as advertising for the project. My bro is on a vacation for a while, so he won't be able to voice act himself, that's where you come in, you'd have to take his place as the classic version of papyrus, as well as his underswap and outertale counterparts. (Papyrus will be similar to skeletor's voice in case you're wondering) swap papyrus is just a more calm and laid back classic papyrus voice, and outer papyrus has an identical voice to classic papyrus.

I need a voice actor for the Underfell version of papyrus the skeleton. His voice will be evil sounding and semi-raspy. He has an ego, talks in all caps and is ultimately a goofy softie deep down (though he will never admit it)

voicing an edgy version of myself isn’t easy, so I’ll just get others to do it for me. Underfell sans is a calm and collect skeleton with a low, pitched voice, has an attitude occasionally, and can burst into rage if you piss him off. he loves to mess with his brother papyrus and get on his nerves. he can also be very intimidating since he appears to want to kill you. I’m kind of picturing him with a mafia type voice (though that is not required)

Undyne in UNDERTALE, UNDERFELL, and OUTERTALE, is a strong, overconfident, fish woman. she Suplexes boulders just because she can. Keeps calling everyone punk and loves to prove her strength. Her UNDERSWAP version specifically is more shy and sweet sounding as she has a different personality (think of Alphys from Undertale).

UNDERSWAP chara is an alternate version of Chara from UNDERTALE. In this universe, Chara trades roles with Frisk, the silent protagonist of UNDERTALE. Unlike classic Frisk, Chara is not a silent protagonist. They tend to be pretty sarcastic at times. They don't like having to put up with the other characters' wacky shenanigans. Chara, unlike the other characters (that all consist of Monsters), is normal, trapped in a crazy, upside down world of weirdos. (The underground) this role primarily pertains to UNDERSWAP, but this role can also apply to Chara's counterparts in the parallel universes UNDERTALE, UNDERFELL, and OUTERTALE. All 3 of these other versions of chara are calm, positive, and ominous.

The king is too busy for voice acting, so I'll just ask for fan voice actors. In UNDERTALE, UNDERSWAP, and OUTERTALE, Asgore has a very low pitched calm voice. He is a big fuzzy pushover who everyone loves. He can sound wise sometimes (even when he isn't always) He's got a love for gardening and tea. He misses his ex wife Toriel. He's very awkward if he's ever around her. In UNDERTALE, He has a heavy burden weighing on his back as the king of the underground, and all monster kind, as he needs to collect 7 human souls to break the barrier trapping his people underground. He is a coward, and tries to shy away from his duty whenever possible. He is a good person forced to do a bad thing. In OUTERTALE, his voice and personality is the same, only the setting of being underground is changed to being in a solar system isolated from the rest of the galaxy. In UNDERSWAP, his voice is the same. His personality is mostly the same, only, he trades roles with his ex wife, so he tries to convince Toriel not to go through with the same plan classic Asgore has. Swap Toriel isn't nearly as cowardly as both Classic and swap Asgore. When toriel refused, he flees to a place in the underground known as Old Home (he named it, and you can tell he's bad at names) He has now adopted the role as the caretaker of the ruins. In UNDERFELL, Asgore is a wicked tyrant who is much more sinister than his UNDERTALE counterpart. His task of collecting 7 human souls is no burden, but rather exciting for him. Nobody dares to threaten the king. His voice is identical to Classic Asgore, but his personality is way less friendly.

Temmie in all 4 AUs is a cute, silly, derpy feminine sounding monster with a high pitched voice. In both UNDERTALE and OUTERTALE they are cute through and through, but in both UNDERFELL and UNDERSWAP...they're still cute, but they try to be evil (even though it's adorable) (also, Fell Temmie also has way less typos and speaks way better English.)

In UNDERTALE, UNDERFELL, and OUTERTALE, Mettaton is an enthusiastic ghost that inhabits a robot with an ego. He is narcissistic and loves being famous on TV, which is why he's a movie star. His brand, MTT, he tries to publish all over the underground. In UNDERSWAP, his name is Hapstablook, he does not have said robot body, rather, he lives alone writing romance novels. He is a lot more timid compared to his other counterparts.

Kour is new character. He is the secret boss in UNDERFELL chapter 1 (the ruins) He is an abnormally tall, skinny monster with a spooky mask (for reference, he's twice asgore's height) He has really big hands and feet. He has a cousin named Aigh and used to run a family business with him, Kour was the scarecrow that scared away any birds (that got trapped underground from the surface) from eating their magic crops. Eventually, he grew tired of his job, and wanted to scare others, it eventually got out of hand, his cousin calls him out saying that if he doesn't stop, he's out of the business.....HE DID NOT LIKE THAT...but before Kour did anything...Toriel appeared and used her fire magic to scare him back (he hates fire) Toriel then imprisoned him deep within the ruins, never to be seen again. In UNDERFELL, you have the ability to find him and free him. His voice has yet to be fully determined, but he needs to sound super spooky. So it gives Halloween vibes. Cool filters are recommended, but not a requirement. Aigh is a shopkeeper that lives in the ruins (in UNDERFELL) He grows magic crops and makes popcorn on the cob. He started a family business with his cousin Kour, but...we don't talk about Kour...so now he sells the materials by himself, but every once in a while, Toriel appears and takes half of all of his supplies (an agreement they made after the Kour incident) Aigh is dangerously low on supplies to the point where he may close shop. And telling Toriel no is death. He also hates Flowey. Every once in a while he finds flowey sneaking into his shop stealing food, which pisses him off. His voice has yet to be determined, but because of the way I designed him, he might have a French-ish accent. (That's optional) so, just experiment with it and see how it goes. The name is Aigh, I own this shop.
In UNDERTALE, Toriel is the caretaker of the ruins and former queen of the underground. She is a kind loving monster who acts as a mother figure to the player after falling underground. She has kindness, but isn't afraid to be bold. She does not let any other monsters hurt you. In UNDERFELL, she is a lot more paranoid and schizophrenic. So you may hear her talking to herself occasionally. When UNDERFELL Toriel gets mad, boy can she get mad. Whatever you do, do NOT anger her. IN UNDERSWAP, she hears your presence and turns around, she is kind, but when she realizes that you're human, she immediately attacks you, not hesitating to do her duty. In OUTERTALE, she is identical to her classic counterpart personality wise, but she now controls a giant spaceship called the S.S. Toriellis (ss stands for "space ship") All the "ruins monsters" seen in ut live in this spaceship. (I guess you could say it's a MOTHER SHIP ;) )

Flowey is a science experiment gone wrong. He is a soulless flower with the liquid embodiment of the human trait of determination injected into it with the dust of the deceased monster Asriel. This created an emotionless flower with no sense of mercy or love, the determination gave him the power to manipulate time. So he starts exploring every possible choice he could make with his power. In UNDERTALE and OUTERTALE, he tries to kill you immediately after meeting him. He spies on you throughout the game and intervenes during ending in a quest for power. In OUTERTALE specifically, he learned how to hack and mess with technology at terrifying levels. He at one point hijacks the queen's spaceship causing it to crashland on an icy planet in chapter 1. In UNDERFELL, when he meets you, unlike UNDERTALE and OUTERTALE, he does not pretend to be friendly as an attempt to steal your soul. Rather, he tries to help you escape knowing how dangerous it is out there. (And perhaps he might turn on you for that soul of yours...)

In UNDERTALE, Napstablook is a shy ghost who has a passion for music making. He is overwhelmingly insecure about himself and feels like a burden to you and everyone else. you can cheer him up so he feels better, and he will grow to like you. He is identical in OUTERTALE (other than the pretty stars that appear around him), in UNDERFELL, he’s a lot more spooky looking. his appearance looks like a torn unkept sheet. He is a lot more depressed and nihilistic. in a sad cry, he tells you how pointless life is, especially for a human living underground. he feels sorry for you as he knows what will happen next. Fell blooky's speech is also a lot slower than his UNDERTALE counterpart. in UNDERSWAP, his name is Napstaton, he was convinced by Undyne to inhabit a robot. She created which turned him into a famous DJ and radio star. since he trades places with Mettaton from UNDERTALE, he is way more confident in his ability to make music, and he also is a little egotistical. Of course, he still has his "blooky" moments where if something goes wrong, he may burst into tears. (for some reason, Undyne allowed that to be built onto his robot form.)

The mad dummy is a ghost that lives in a dummy. In UNDERTALE, UNDERFELL, and OUTERTALE, he can be found in the dump from chapter 3. Regardless of what you do, because you met his cousin that also lives in a dummy from the first chapter, he will find an excuse to be mad at you and try to attack you. Only for you to be saved by Napstablook. (How that transpires in the Fell and Outer AUs is yet to be fully determined, I'm asking fella to give me their "canon" interpretation of the fell mad dummy, so I'll get a response soon, and I haven't quite figured out how the Outer mad dummy will act, but all versions of the dummy will have the same voice) All 3 versions later become mad mew mew, but that'll be a separate audition. In UNDERSWAP, he trades places with his cousin, so his cousin is the one that gets offended in chapter 1, and tries to attack you, only for Asgore to intervene and demand that the dummy apologizes to you. The dummy complies, but still doesn't like you. So he teams up with his cousin in chapter 3 (not that his cousin is very helpful) only until Hapstablook interferes. The swap mad dummy will become mad muscle, but like mad mew mew, that's a separate audition. (I warn you, these characters will do a LOT of yelling, you need to be able to do that for a long time, and also to do it well.)

In UNDERTALE, Mad Mew Mew is a life-sized doll of Dr. Alphys' favorite anime character, mew mew from mew mew kissie cutie. The doll was in Alphys' lab when the Mad Dummy, a ghost that lives in a dummy, found the doll. The dummy then decided to leave the old dummy behind and inhabit the Mew Mew doll instead, becoming Mad Mew Mew. She (those will be her pronouns as she inhabited a female character doll) In papyrus' tall sink, there is a shrine built by the annoying dog that may be crushed by a large set of doors (in the switch edition and fanmade pc ports), the door can only be unlocked after beating Mettaton from Chapter 4. Upon opening the door, you will find Mad Mew Mew, trying to fuse with the doll body. While the OUTERTALE and UNDERFELL versions of the Character has not been set in stone, the characters will use the same voice as their classic counterpart. There's also a separate role for the Mad Dummy, but I felt like the Doll he later inhabits would make his voice female as it would come out of the voice box built into the doll. It just makes sense in my head, which is why the roles are separate.
