Project Freddy’s is a working title used during development.
Both the project name and the current artwork are placeholders and may change as production progresses. This project is still in active development, and details may be refined or updated over time.
Project Freddy’s is an analog horror / VHS-style narrative project inspired by Five Nights at Freddy’s, focused on realism, atmosphere, and psychological tension rather than cheap scares.
The series is presented through a collection of fictional VHS tapes and found footage materials, documenting internal Fazbear Entertainment recordings, employee training sessions, performance tests, and task-oriented logs. What begins as mundane, corporate-oriented documentation slowly becomes unsettling as subtle inconsistencies, emotional pressure, and ethical discomfort build over time.
The project prioritizes:
Realistic animatronic design and movement, inspired by real-world animatronics
Grounded sound design, mechanical audio, and environmental ambience
Slow-burn psychological horror
Environmental storytelling and hidden details that reward attentive viewers
There are no exaggerated supernatural elements upfront. Horror emerges gradually through tone, implication, and character deterioration, allowing the audience to piece together the narrative themselves.
Project Freddy’s is a long-term passion project developed with care, aiming for a high level of polish in animation, audio, and performance. All characters are fully modeled and animated in 3D, with an emphasis on weight, mechanical realism, and believable motion.
This project is produced in English and is intended for an international audience.
We are looking for collaborators who enjoy atmospheric horror, subtle storytelling, and immersive world-building, and who are interested in contributing to a serious, carefully crafted fan project.
