Due Date Extended 5 Days!
I just opened up a second call for this on Behindthevoiceactors with a hope of getting some auditions for Greeves, so I'm extending the due date so the people on BTV don't have less than a week to get auditions in!
Power Pills Dub Call no. 2
Project Overview
The Power Pills dub is the dub of my original comic, which I post on Tumblr, Tapastic, Webtoons, DeviantArt, and a few more websites (Exposure is important, kids!)
Power Pills is a superhero comic starring 8 main protagonists. The current protagonist (At least, where the dub is currently) is Caleb Budde, a dorky college freshman who can't carry a conversation to save his life.
Episode 2 of this dub is going to be completed shortly, and after that, I need a new voice for Caleb, as his current voice actor dropped for personal reasons. I also need a few voices for people who show up in Mind Reader, AND a person to play the next protagonist, Daniel Wirsch.

I've listed 2 lines in each audition line boxes, please record them all but keep in mind that the lines are all two separate lines. (I need to hear the full range of emotion from you so I kind of NEED six lines)
This role is going to require a lot of recording as well as being a double-cast role, with Caleb's voice actor voicing both Caleb AND Caden. This is a huge commitment, so please be aware of that.
I would also like the person in this role to have either a Skype or a Discord, preferably a Discord, so that I can add you to the group chat so I can keep in close contact with you.
(Happy) It's like a little mental... switch that I can turn on and off! At least... it's easier if I think of it like that. | (Ashamed? Kind of desperate?) It just started today. I had to leave class early because everyone's thoughts were too loud. I need to turn it off.
(Unamused, reading from a newspaper) "Bank robbers claim mystery vigilante has mind reading powers. 'It was like he could see into my soul.'" ...REALLY? | (Nervous) Oh no. PLEASE tell me that isn't... Kate. I'm dead. I'm dead. So totally and absolutely dead.
(Defeated, close to tears) Why... why is it always ME? Out of all of the people you could be going after... what makes you hate ME so much? AND WHY DON'T YOU EVER -SAY- ANYTHING?! | (Commanding, low-key panicking) Come on, let's go! Travis and Merri, you help! Quit standing there and get to my car!!

Caden is a clone of Caleb. He was raised in a much harsher environment and you can hear it in his voice. He is much more serious and more composed than Caleb is, plus a small hint of a sadistic tone to his voice.Caden, of course, HAS Caleb's voice, which the description of is above, however, his voice needs to be colder, more damaged from his harsh past.
(Amused) Oh, I don't doubt they will. But will they be able to find YOU?
(Starts sly but slowly turns more angry) Welcome back, Soul Seer. Fancy seeing you again. Even though I have to see you every time I look in a MIRROR! But not for long.
(Terrified) No... no no no no no no no no no! St- Stop messing with my head!

Greeves is the instructor and owner of the dojo where Caleb and the rest of the superheroes train. He is a gruff, militaristic type, but he has a friendly demeanor to him as well.
Greeves has a deep, gravely voice that travels far, even when speaking in a soft tone.
(Mildly disappointed) Blue belt test failed. Darn, and it was just getting interesting too.
(Warm, friendly) Some day you'll tell me where you keep finding these kids, Kate.
(Joking) If she didn't kill Dan, then she won't kill her either.

A rather joking type of police chief. She doesn't show up much, but when she does, it always seems to be at a very strange point in the Power Pills' lives.
Janus' voice is up to interpretation, I'm picturing something a little dorky, but I don't have anything set in stone quite yet.
(Joking, slightly patronizing) Hmmm.... this DOES look pretty incriminating.... Too bad you shot it vertically, we can't accept it as evidence.
(Mind blown) Did he just-
Huh. Well. Mind reading aside, I would like to get witness accounts from the both of you.

This is one of two extra roles for Mind Reader. The secretary has a total of about 10 lines give or take 5.
The secretary should have an older sounding voice. She should sound slightly stern, while still being kind.
(Starts businesslike, switches to shock) Oh. I'm sorry, only family is allowed to see- oh my gosh.
(relieved) I'm so glad you showed up! We think you're the only person capable of waking Avery up!
(nervous) I hope you don't mind me asking but... why did you do it?
