Pokémon: Guardians of Light (CHIMECHO RECASTING)
Project Overview
"Pokemon: Guardians of Light," or ProjectPGL, is a nonprofit, fanmade audio drama series based on the events of the game "Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky." Lira, a sassy teen with a good heart and a spitfire personality, wakes up on a beach to find herself in the world of Pokemon. With little memory of who she was and what could've possibly happened before her surprise transformation into a Riolu, she has to work hard to fit in and discover the mystery of her past. Along with Ri, a fellow Riolu who quickly becomes her best friend, she joins the renowned Wigglytuff's Guild. Together, they form Team Crusade. And together, the two users of aura will overcome whatever challenges await.
We are currently looking to recast the voice of Chimecho, as of Episode 5 of the series going onward.

Chimecho is a young, teenage girl apprenticed to Wigglytuff's Guild. Instead of going on missions, she usually spends her time with the Guild's everyday work--from assembling teams to preparing meals. She's typically very helpful, cheerful, and friendly to those around her, only really getting angry if someone purposefully sets her work back (like other apprentices breaking into the kitchen to steal food she just finished preparing...) or hurts her friends. Don't let her gentle nature fool you: She can be just as brave and fierce as anyone else in the Guild when needed.
For this role, we're looking for a sweet voice in a mezzo-soprano range. Think of some of the roles played by Tia Ballard, such as Nanami in "Kamisama Kiss" or Itsuki in "The Quintessential Quintuplets." You may also refer to our first VA for Chimecho, LittleMag6, in episodes 2-4 of "Pokemon: Guardians of Light."
Please note that this is a larger role, so we are looking for someone who can be available for the series long-term.
