It's been a great month. Really, it's all thanks to Larry and Bobby.
Paul is a cartoony human/potato(?) character with a stretched head and a wide smile. He is the leader of the band he's apart of in Paul's Playhouse. A possible voice for him is something similar Nicolas Cage, with a bit more enthusiasm and fun energy that would fit a main mascot.

Moomoo is a kindhearted female cartoony cow character, usually hanging out in her shop. Her voice could sound like Sandy Cheeks from Spongebob or anything incorporating a similar accent.

Wally is a short and chubby friendly Walrus, almost like a gentle giant to the kids visiting Paul's Playhouse (the restaurant he is a mascot in) and a great buddy to his colleagues. An idea for a character he could sound like is Mr. Herriman from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends.

A green female cartoony blob-like character that usually acts silly and innocently. A possible voice for her could be something like Mabel from Gravity Falls.
