Planethumans GACHA - Ruler AU
Project Overview
Ruler AU:
Each celestial body (planets, moons, suns, etc.) has a human ruler that lives in space (human sized, can breathe and talk). The ruler has no memory of their life on Earth (some have faint/blurry memory), and is named after the celestial object they rule over (e.g. ruler of Pluto is named Pluto). Rulers can't directly interfere with the life on their object, but they can still communicate.

I do eventually plan on making a movie- or five 15-20 minute episodes- but I first need to make a script, which wouldn't be out until awhile due to the movie not being a priority.

It seems unlikely. Like, what responsibility does he have? There's no life on his planet. The main thing he does is making sure it's kept in its place. Saturn pretty much assumes that job in his absence. So, there's nothing to worry about!
