Hello everyone and welcome to the casting topic!
First, we would like to introduce ourselves!
We are two aspiring Ace Attorney fans (& brothers) who like to contribute to the fan community by creating original, voice acted cases true to the original Ace Attorney series using sprite animation. The final products are uploaded on our YouTube channel "LordIban" http://www.youtube.com/user/LordIban, and they are highly renowned by other Ace Attorney fans.
Our last animated series was a crossover between Ace Attorney and Disgaea: Hour of Darkness, called Phoenix Wright: Devil's Attorney, which as of now has been viewed by more than 100 000 people over its 5 Episodes. We are looking for able people to voice some of the many characters in our newest Ace Attorney fanseries Operation: Turnabout, which is even bigger and better writing-wise than our previous series! Timeline-wise Operation: Turnabout takes place shortly after the 3rd game of the series (Trials and Tribulations). This time Phoenix & Maya are investigating the curious death of a highly ranked officer in the Allied Nations Peacekeeping Regiment on behalf of one of its privates, who stands accused of murder. In court, Phoenix and Maya face a blast from the past, for the prosecutor prodigy Franziska von Karma has returned to whip order into to the courtroom (as well as the Judge and Phoenix) once more!
We've currently released 5 of the 6 Episodes we've planned for the series. This casting is to replace some VAs who have gone AWOL and to test out the viability of this site for our future projects.
So, without further ado, ladies and gents, let the auditions begin!
AUDITION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Please record your lines in MP3 format.
- Please make sure your voice is clear and audible, and any extra noise is kept to minimum.
- Save your lines in a folder which has both the voiced character's name and your VA nickname.
- You can name the line MP3s however you want. A simple "1" for line 1 will do.
- If auditioning for multiple roles, make a different folder for each character. (Makes it easier for us to archive)
- Please send the line folder(s) packed as a single .rar or .zip or another compressed form to the audition e-mail ([redacted]) - Let us know which name you want to be credited under as well as which site you're auditioning from!
- Any special requests for us such as receiving feedback or leaving you out of the special thanks section should also be included.
- If requested, we'll send the feedback for your lines to the same address we receive them from unless asked to send them elsewhere.

Always cool under pressure, Mia Fey is smart, tenacious, a strict teacher and sometimes even coy. She has a great affection for her sister but is also very independent, and strives to uncover truth at all costs.

Please note that she has aged 4 years since then from 24 to 27. Her voice may hence be a bit different (deeper, more mature), if you can't quite capture the canon one.

Today's headlines: The Allied Nations Peacekeeping Regiment, located in Angeles Bay, has been ordered into a state of elevated security after the longtime head of the regiments Engineer Company, Captain Janus Harvey, was found dead in his office yesterday afternoon.
New World News is following the developments of the investigation.
Kay is energetic, upbeat, and a little bit reckless, but she's very determined and knows when to be serious when she has to be.
In the series, she appears in the post-episode interludes with Edgeworth & Gumshoe.

We forgot the most important thing: Mr. Edgeworth is the main character! That means no matter how hard we try, the situation stays the same until he actively takes part in solving it!
