Role Overview:

A Line Producer is a key member of a project's production team, responsible for managing the logistical and, eventually, financial aspects of a project from Pre-Production through Post-Production. They essentially act as the chief operating officer of the production, ensuring that it stays on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budget Management: Create the Budget, Manage the Budget, Track Expenses, Handle Payroll & Invoices
• Scheduling: Develop the Production Schedule, Maintain Daily Call Sheets, Coordinate Timelines with Department Heads
• Crew & Hiring: Hire Key Crew Members, Cast Voice Actors with Production Management, Manage Onboarding, Resolve Staffing Issues

Role Overview:

A Production Assistant (PA) is an entry-level position on a project, providing crucial support to various departments during a production. PAs perform a wide range of tasks, from logistical and administrative duties to assisting with technical aspects on set.

Key Responsibilities:

Role Overview:

An Assistant Director (AD) is a key member of a project's crew, responsible for managing the logistics and practical aspects of filming, ensuring the smooth operation of the set, and acting as a liaison between Production Management and the Creative Teams. They bridge the gap between Production Management's creative vision and the practicalities of bringing that vision to life on set.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot Schedule: Create & Manage the Daily Shoot Schedule, Break Down the Script, Create Call Sheets, Ensure Cast & Crew Are Where They Needed to Be
  
• Department Liaison: Communicate with All Departments, Coordinate Between Departments, Ensure All Departments Are On the Same Page
• Problem-Solving: ADs Are Problem-Solvers, Address Any Issues That Arise During Filming, Troubleshoot Problems to Keep Production Moving Forward
• Director's Right-Hand: Keep Director Informed of Progress, Assist with Their Creative Vision
• Supervising & Managing: Depending on the Production Size, There May Be Multiple ADs, Each with Specific Responsibilities

Role Overview:

HD Skin Designers take the character bases created by the Creative Directors and mix and match pre-paid assets to put onto the base skins. All of the outfits have a reference image chosen by Production Management, and the assets are purchased for Phoenix Wings Production's usage only. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating effectively and efficiently with Production Management for any skins to make / update
  
• Sending completed HD skins to Production Management for posting
• Staying up-to-date on any HD skin assets posted by artists for potential purchase and usage by Phoenix Wings Productions
• Send Weekly Updates to A Shared Text Chat on Discord

Requirements:

• Own A Photo Editing Application That Can Export in .psd Format [ex. Photoshop, Canva, Photopea]

Role Overview:

Set Builders take reference photos provided by Production Management to recreate in Minecraft. Some Set Builders will be responsible for just making the building shell (no decorations), others will be responsible for decorating. Chisel & Bits and LittleTiles are both Minecraft mods to add an extra depth of detail to our sets. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend Two Weekly Meetings Hosted by Production Management
• Communicate Effectively & Efficiently with Production Management & Other Creative Teams
• Advise Production Management on Potential Mods to Be Used For Future Seasons / Projects

Requirements:

Role Overview:

Cameras film all of the shots laid out by Production Management for each episode according to scene. All content being filmed will be cinematic, not first-person. Some Cameras will also be responsible for being the body actor(s) in each scene, while others will just be responsible for filming.

Role Overview:

Blockbuster Experts will take assets created for them by other Creative Teams to prepare to use in-game before filming. All filming dates and times will be announced a week in advance so Blockbuster Experts have a week to work around the previous episode's filming and prepare for the upcoming episode's filming.
