Black Sapphire is one of Shadow Milk's minions who specializes in spreading rumors. He typically speaks with the inflection/attitude of a showman, but in this story, he is unaware that Shadow Milk and Pure Vanilla have swapped bodies, which often throws him out of his "performance mode." He still attempts to recover his smooth-talking ways whenever Pure Vanilla says or does something that confuses him.

Almond Cookie is a classic noir-detective-type character with a gruff, no-nonsense voice and tone. His job is to investigate incidents of magic misuse.

Mystic Flour Cookie is one of the Beast Cookies, who believes in a world of Apathy. She speaks with a deep voice and near constant monotone.

Eternal Sugar Cookie is the Beast Cookie of Sloth. She spends most of her time in her garden, but she does visit her fellow Beast Mystic Flour Cookie on rare occasions.
Her voice has a lazy, singsong tone with a moderately high pitch.

Hollyberry Cookie is an Ancient Cookie and the former queen of the Hollyberry Kingdom. She has a moderately deep voice with a commanding tone and an optimistic attitude. However, she also tends to rush into things and her confidence can be shattered if met with particularly bad news.

White Lily Cookie is a promising magic school student. She speaks meekly with a whisper-like voice, though she is extremely determined to achieve her goals, even if she must use questionable means to do so.
She is a young teenager in this scene.
