"Bit by Bit"
This is an animatic web series of mine on YouTube. I'm currently aiming for 2-3 episodes a month, 3-5 minutes each. The series can go on more than 15 episodes.
It is a thriller/drama/horror story of a girl who suddenly gets an unwanted child with no recollection of how it happened. The story progresses as she works as a nun to keep tabs on her child, facing challenging memories about vampires who are connected to the child.
The story looks like it sets in 1800s England, but it is timeless. It is not based on a historical period.

The age of characters range from young children, young adults, adults, to a few seniors. There is a lot of variety, but the characters will be mostly young adults.
If you want to be a part of deep storytelling and exploration of emotional expression, plus if you are into vampires or drama, this is just for you!
NOTE:
1. Voice actors must be 18 years old or older. This work is rated R with mature themes(profanity, abuse, trauma, sex, drugs), violence(blood, but not gory), and graphic imagery.
2. This is NOT ANIME! It's live action style drama. I humbly suggest authentic acting rather than cliche anime voice.

Supporting character/ Antagonist.
Age: 23 yrs old.
Heritage: half british, half french
Accent: British
Zodiac sign: Libra
Personality: Bubbly, light-hearted, kind, optimistic. Cons: people-pleasing. She smiles too often that makes others think she’s dumb.
Info: A novice(a stage before the official nun) with Leila (main character). Acts like a helpful big sister to her. Gets bullied from other novices.
Direction: British accent, high tone, early 20s female, happy sounding, a bit superficial. Try to fit your voice to the look of her. Your own interpretation is welcome!

[After making a mistake of touching other person] Forgive me, we're not meant to touch. You're certainly in the right place. Come along, I’ll take you to Mother Superior. What’s your name?

Main villain. The vampire. Has a voice of mid-20's, not too low or high.Very charming, sweet-mannered, and polite. Extroverted, intelligent, calculative. A bit fret-boy vibe.
He works as a "mental trainer/writing tutor" for Leila(female protagonist)’s career and disciplines with his professional degree in psychology. He's trying to marry Leila.
He claims he is from America. Hence, he has an American accent, but modern (the story is timeless, it's not Victorian)
He appears extremely humble, but on the inside, he’s arrogant- a psychopathic sociopath.
Has an innocent smile, but his authenticity is pretentious. Has an eerie laugh, which Leila picks up immediately, thinking there’s something very wrong with him.
He is secretly a genetic engineer and business entrepreneur.
Very bright in the artistic field as well. Likes to perform/act, sing and write music.
Voice Direction:
[Do young adult voice, don't do over 30-yr old man voice, including Edward from Twilight. Try not to think of "stereotypical villainous voice", think of a "demon in disguise" - though I'd appreciate your unique voice/acting!Please give separate takes:
1. Follow the direction above as well as trying to fit your voice by the look of Richard
2. Your own interpretation of this character
3. The "eerie laugh" part - upon someone hearing it, they immediately feel it's eerie/ something is off about that person. Think of someone who appear really nice, but their laugh catches you off guard

*Right now the flat rate is $3 as there are only 3 lines for the short video, but expect to work consistently in the series - typically it's $10 per episode. You will be the star in the series as he's the main villain :)
