P4GR: Creative Team [NEED IMMEDIATELY]
Project Overview

Hello hello! My name is Shatter Bug, but you can call me Shatter, Red, Shard, or whatever you think is best.
We are currently in the works of creating an audio drama that should be getting started here pretty soon. For that project, we are interested in enlisting the help of hobbyist actors who are looking to increase their own experience. There are certain scenes in the story that pure sound cannot do justice for, and we are hoping to have someone who is skilled with animation (any skill is better than what we have) to help bring that accentuation we need.
The audio drama is an in-depth retelling of Persona 4 Golden focusing on expanding on the characters by either having them appear more often or actually give them relevance. And also filling in some of the plotholes left by the canon we notice along the way as we reexamine the synopsis.
It is a non-profit fan-based work that aims to take on a story that myself and (most) involved love and am hoping that everyone will love by the time we part with it in the future.
The specific type of animation that I personally am interested in looking for is sprite animation. I wanted something which I think would take less time, but I can't say I'm too sure because as mentioned before I am not an animator.
Any animation type can be accepted. We are not picky about it. It cannot be asserted enough that we are not animators, so we have no idea what is most preferable or what anyone is personally most comfortable with.
Currently the project is non-funded, therefore lacking a budget. This means that animators cannot be paid for their work unfortunately, hence why we are specifically looking for hobbyist animators who have the time to spend doing such work without payment.
This is a calling post for animators who have a need to use their skills for creating something entertaining and want to work together with others of that similar mindset. We hope to get as many people involved as we can.
That is not all we need though. We are also in need of artists who can create atmospheric images for the regular scenes. We want to be able to use the backgrounds as a means of aesthetically drawing in our viewers to a scene despite little visuals outside of those scenes.
Again, we lack a budget, so we unfortunately cannot pay you. But hopefully through our medium we are able to get your art/animations shown out to the world so any buyers are willing to see the talent you have to offer.

As expected of adapting a video game with such bulk as Persona 4 Golden, there are various scenes we will be adapting, changing, and scripting for the project. To achieve that goal, we will be needing a collaboration of minds that are willing to band together to look back upon this monster of a game alongside us and work through what makes it to the scripts for each episode.

Of course, our team of animators are greatly important. But someone who can coordinate what exactly it is they're going to animate is just as vital to the process. As mentioned in the Animation Team tab, some episodes will be having cinematic scenes. For these scenes, it is crucial we have storyboard artists who can articulate what needs to be done for each scene.

Persona 4 Golden: The Retelling is going to be presented to the audience in a visual novel format. For that, we are looking to have small animations throughout each scene to show the actions of each character involved in the scene.
Additionally, on some particular episodes, we are hoping to have major cinematic animations: i.e. Yu's Persona Summoning.

Visual presentation can go a long way, we all know this. Thus, the artwork presented in each and every video we release under this project should feel powerful enough to really drive home the scenes they are depicting.
For the visual-novel niche we are striving for in this project, art models of characters for each scene will prove vital.

When it comes to creating a scene with audio, what, truly, is more important than the music? The music tells of the atmosphere, the setting, the tone that is to be delivered.
For this project, we are seeking to introduce new and old tunes to our broader audience to bring up the scenes they surround. For our music crew, we are hoping for you all to work together and achieve the following goals:
- Opening Theme
- Ending Theme
- Character Themes for each of the Main Cast
- Themes for Specific Scenarios
- Additional Background Tracks
