It's anime is coming out in the fall and at the time that this project is open, it is before the anime airs.
I am looking for voice actors (Who may or may not be OPM fans) who are interested in voicing a few of the characters whenever they are available.
You will be expected to be contacted for Manga/webcomic dubs, both fan comics and scenes from the manga/webcomics.
You could also take this as someone who is looking for actors who wants to voice act with others.
I am the admin of Ask-Genos-Voice and I would love to have other people to voice these characters besides me.
These are just male roles. So it might be a while for more female roles.

Sea King rules over the Seafolk as their king, and claims the deep sea as his own.
Sea King is a rather sadistic individual, who enjoys causing pain in others and starting fights. He is determined to take the surface world for himself to rule. He regards people as little more than food and has no qualms about treating them as such. He is also very arrogant and prideful, considering himself to be better then everyone and stating that he stands at the very top of the pyramid of all living organisms on the planet.
Sound very flamboyant, but have a deep voice. Somewhat, seductive and menacing at the same time.
OH MY~? COULD IT BE THAT ANOTHER SOLDIER HAS COME FOR ME?

Atomic Samurai is a S-Class, rank 4, superhero for the Heroes Association.
Atomic Samurai has a rather prideful personality, seen when he refused to shake Saitama's hand telling him that he only acknowledges the strong and saying that he would greet him if he makes it to the higher ranks of S-Class. He also appears to dislike being called old.
Sound like a gruff and tough 30' something year old man. I would also appreciate a Japanese accent for him with a commanding and honorable voice tone.
Ohh! Silver Fang, I knew you'd come. There's also Cyborg Genos and.... Hm? Some guy I don't know...
Is Silver Fang going to teach those two his martial arts? Hehe, they might turn out to be decent rivals for my disciples.
Planet? So you're from space? You came with your friends on that toy in the sky? heh..

Tanktop Black Hole is a B-Class hero and the older brother of Tanktop Tiger
Tanktop Black Hole has a rather confident and stubborn personality. He refuses to believe a C-Class hero could ever be capable of destroying the meteor that Saitama destroys to save a city. He is also a rather charismatic person, shown by his ability to bend a crowd to his will
Powerful and commanding, with a arrogant and "bully" sort of tone. Be a bit charismatic too.

Asura Rhino is an artificial mutant created by Dr Genus of the House of Evolution and is by far their strongest creation.
Being the strongest warrior of the House of Evoultution, Asura Rhino boasts tremendous speed and physical strength. He is shown to be strong enough to defeat Genos easily, repelling his power blast with just a forceful breath. He is also said to be highly intelligent but his unstable personality causes Dr. Genus to dub him a failure.
Asura Rhino is an extremely unstable being. He is very intelligent, but has an insatiable blood lust and thus had to be locked up because he kept killing anything that got near him. He considers himself far superior to humans, calling himself a "new human", and believing that all should bow to his will.
I would reccommend you use a voice filter to make your voice sound deeper, but if you can make a voice of a towering giant naturally, it'll be perfect.

Dr. I. Genus is a world renowned scientist and the founder and former head of the now defunct organization, the House of Evolution.
Dr. Genus is gifted with a vast intellect, but due to that at a young age he became disillusioned by the rest of society. He feels that society needs to evolve and that if it can't do so by itself he must make it evolve.
The charming doctor has a bunch of clones. I need his voice to sound a like your mysterious and charming doctor. However, he has clones and I was thinking that he could have a multitude of accents for his clones. Doing retakes would be highly recommended if you choose to do this.
Send messengers to him with an invitation immediately... Invite him to our "House of Evolution"

Shicchi is an elder man and serves as the Minister Officer of Justice for the Heroes Association.
Shicchi is shown to be a calm man and very smart due to his position. He's the only one to see Garou as a threat to the Heroes Association and Humanity. He strongly believes on the "God Level Threat prophecy."
Sound like a man with a plan. A buisnessman to be more exact and be formal, but foreboding when dealing out the news.
The great prophet, Lady Shibabawa... is dead....

Metal Bat is a S-Class, rank 16 hero for the Heroes Association
As an S-Class hero, Metal Bat is very powerful. Despite his brash nature he seems to be very perceptive, as he was the first one to discover Melzalgald's weakness.
It's believed he's one of the strongest S-Class heroes, as he was able to threat Handsome Mask with little fear, one of the strongest characters in the series, even more than some S Class Heroes.
Metal Bat appears to have a great deal of confidence in himself stating that he did not care whether a threat is a Demon or Dragon level, he would take care of it himself. He also seems to be brash and reckless, as shown when he immediately smashed one of Melzageld's marbles instead of trying to analyze what purpose it serves for the enemy. The way he speaks is like of a pirate accent, pronouncing 'yer' instead of 'your' for example. Despite his brash attitude, he still have a soft side in him, such as toward his sister. Like Saitama, he doesn't care about his rank as well, as well when he challenged Handsomely Masked Sweet Mask for his mockery attitude before it was interrupted by a call from his sister and Sweet Mask's client.
It's your typical highschool thug/delinquent. Try and sound like a stereotypical highschool jock or some kind of hoodlum sounding tone. His speech pattern has slang in it, so maybe a Boston or New Yorker accent could work.
Think of "The Scout" from Team Fortress 2 for reference.

Handsomely Masked Sweet Mask..... Where did ya pop out from?
Biting Snake Fist Sneck is an A-Class Superhero, rank 38. He was tasked with welcoming the new heroes for the National Superhero Registry Test that Saitama and Genos were a part of.
Sneck is a rather pretentious individual, thinking that people who are new to the Heroes Association should respect him. Also, he takes the rankings of the association very seriously, attempting to assault newcomers who have the potential to be better than him, especially if they don't take him seriously. This implies a slightly corrupt motivation for being a hero.
This guy is a coniving douche, like sweet mask. Except, he's a bit less "Charming" about it. Sound like a cocky jerk, who can be very intimidating.
Let me first congratulate you both for passing the exam.
I might be lowest ranking at Rank 38, but I'm still Class A... Let's do this!!

Superalloy Darkshine is a S-Class, rank 11, hero for the Heroes Association.
He seems to be a vain person, as seen when he was sitting at a meeting with other S-Class heroes, he wondered whether everyone's eyes were glued to his body and whether or not he was the shiniest person in the room. He also has a pretty "tight" relationship with Pri Pri/Huff Puff Prisoner.
Sound like a charming, but also a bit wackey. A deep voice with a little bit of silliness when saying the lines. Look at Louis Armstrong from FullMetal Alchemist for reference.

Whoa, Miss Tatsumaki, if you anger Mister King, he'll kill you.
4 years ago, Dr. Stench passed Genos' destroyed hometown, pursuing the mad cyborg who rampaged it. However he took Genos with him, who begged to transform into a cyborg, to which Dr. Stench complied to and modified him into a cyborg. He was promised by Genos that he would find the mad cyborg and destroy him.
He is a father figure to Genos, expressing his concern for the latter. He always reminds him of not being reckless all the time and that they are together in their battle.
Sound like weathered and caring mentor. Like a fatherly tone, because of his relationship with Genos.
I'd like to meet this master of yours one day, Genos.
That master of yours gave you such a reckless goal...

Zombieman is a S-Class Rank 8 superhero for the Heroes Association
Zombieman appears to be bothered by the peculiarities of the Heroes Association meeting, noting that the heroes do not look very cooperative and hiding his annoyance at Pig God's continued consumption at the meeting for the "God Level Disaster Level". He is a pure badass that could take on any kind of attack with his healing factor. Granted, his body is not like Saitama's invicible body but can take some serious punishment. He is another experiment resulted from the "House of Evolution." Except, he defected from the organiztion for the purpose of justice.
This guy is basically deadpool, except the "Deadpool-ness." He is very serious and can have a pretty cool head in battle. He is very similar to Genos in certain ways.
Sound like a cold and mysterious character. Middle range voiced would be appreciated, but a deep voice would also be good.
These guys don't look very cooperative... And how long is that pig gonna keep eating?

Tanktop Master is the S-Class, Rank 15 hero
Tanktop Master has a chivalrous nature, which can be seen when he noted that even if Tornado is ranked 2nd, he should not let a "little girl" handle dangerous enemies on her own, despite the fact that Tornado is actually an adult. He is also unafraid to admit defeat, for example, when he was outclassed by Tornado during the encounter of Dark Matter Theives aircraft. He is a very caring wise man with honor and pride, has a deeply cared for his brothers and other heroes.
He has to have a calm sounding voice. A bit caring, but still powerful tone.
Saitama? The name rings a bell, but I can't place it...
I don't know why... But I have a feeling I must get rid of him here and now...
Garou...? The "Human Monster" Garou!?
Charanko is Bang's only and last disciple before he was recently "expelled" for some reason that is anything to do with his master and his former number 1 disciple, Garou.
Charanko is a loudmouthed braggart, arrogantly challenging Saitama and Genos for their disinterest in Bang's martial art without knowing of their ability. When Saitama comments on Bang's strength, Charanko speaks out again, eagerly describing his master's martial arts ability as well as his hero rank, only to be quickly silenced by his master's reprimand. Upon finding out why his master "expelled", but ignore his warning, Charanko has a sense of martial art's honor towards any fellow Dojos in which his former fellow disciple, Garou destroyed.
Sound like a naive and arrogant young man.He is more bark than bite, so sound like an arrogant tough guy at the start, but then a weakling on the third line.
How dare you insult master Bang like that! Show some respect!

Watchdog-man is an S-Class superhero, rank 12, who is in charge of Q-City
He's a pretty laidback guy, who can take out monsters with his enormous Paw swings.
Like Saitama, have a laidback and somewhat bored tone for his voice.

I get it. But all we know is that something is coming within the next half year. There isn't much we can do to prevent it.

Tanktop Tiger is a C-Class superhero, rank 6, and the younger brother of Tanktop Blackhole
Tanktop Tiger is especially loud and obnoxious. He is confident in his own power and looks down upon superhero newbies, making him quite arrogant and hostile.
Loud and obnoxious. Confident, but can come off as cocky and being an overall arrogant asshole.
