[CLOSED] "Dubspace Dreams": An OMORI Fandub | ALL CHARACTERS

These are the characters that don't have too many lines or appear only a few times in the game. Depending on your voice range, your accent and your voice in general, we will assign you a character to voice.

During his youth, KEL is a bit bratty, impulsive and rude, always getting into little tiffs with his friends. He is very competitive by nature, always wanting to win games or races, and is indeed very energetic and fast. He also thinks romance is gross and that girls have cooties. However, even though he is loud and likes to annoy his friends, he genuinely cares about them to the point of constantly protecting them with a strong sense of justice.

KEL still retains his happy demeanor but appears more mature and understanding towards others. He is very social and likes talking with strangers when SUNNY is busy with jobs.

AUBREY is very cheerful and always happy to play with her friends. Strong-willed and always acting true to her feelings, AUBREY serves as a constant source of morale for her friends.This extends to often reminding the group of the right thing to do whenever they are distracted. Despite this, she becomes sad and worried quite easy; she is the most anxious one of the friend group when BASIL goes missing.

BASIL is depicted as a relatively shy boy, well seen right after being introduced to the friend group, being rather insecure and fearing the thought of being perceived as a burden. He enjoys taking pictures, as his memories with his friends are his most treasured belonging, perceiving them as a way to permanently capture the moment.He also enjoys taking care of flowers, art, and reading.BASIL seems to develop strong emotional attachments to many of his possessions, as he will never throw away anything, no matter how worthless it is.

Compared to HEADSPACE BASIL, his FARAWAY counterpart is more anxious and sensitive overall. This more melancholy demeanor is most likely the result of a deep depression over the aftermath of MARI's death combined with AUBREY and her friends bullying further whittling down his self-esteem.

She's often spoken of as being kind and gentle, and plays a sisterly role in the friend group with SUNNY, HERO, KEL, AUBREY, and BASIL. Her first appearance shows she has a mischievous side, poking fun at KEL and AUBREY's mannerisms and afterwards teasing HERO.

During his youth, HERO is the peacemaker of the group, who tries to restrain his friends whenever they get too worked up.[ He is described as having a mild personality and passionate in domestic work like baking, cooking, and cleaning, making him an ideal employee. HERO also has a charismatic side that he uses to charm others.His charisma allows him to convince others to go along with his requests, get discounts from MAILBOX and befriend animals.

HERO still retains his amicable, warm-hearted persona during his adulthood. He is well-loved by the folks of FARAWAY TOWN and admired for his charisma as well. KEL even describes him as being "naturally good at everything", and is proud of him for that.He notably possesses a talent in succeeding in virtually everything he tries, though he admits his reputation is heavily exaggerated. HERO is rather calm and understanding towards anyone he meets, even trying to comfort them in times of distress.

VANCE is a character and enemy in OMORI. He is one of the six members of THE HOOLIGANS and the older brother of KIM. VANCE is a teenage boy who wears a red flannel over a black t-shirt. There is a bunch of candy in his flannel pocket, and a lollipop in his mouth. VANCE is shown to be rather gruff and blunt at times when dealing with new people. He often tends to support his sister KIM in anything she plans to do, mostly to make sure she feels happy. Despite their different demeanors, VANCE and KIM both share a love for candy, to the point of repeatedly attempting to shoplift the candy store to get their fix. Taffy in particular is one of their favorites. 

BERLY is characterized by her rowdy, standoffish behavior as she constantly tries getting others to join her antics. She usually has a tendency to grumble when she talks. She is quick to snap at others, shown when she kicks both MIKAL and KEL when they ignore role call after playing hide-and-seek. BERLY is especially boastful about her headbutting skills and often picks at others for her own amusement. Shown to be self-centered and confident, her language is rather immature and consists primarily of slang.

KIM is a character and enemy in OMORI. She is one of the six members of THE HOOLIGANS, and the younger sister of VANCE. KIM is a short teenage girl with brown hair swept to the side, the other side of her head being shaved. She appears to have amber colored eyes with light red square glasses. KIM is shown to be a tomboy at heart, often engaging in rowdy antics and encouraging her friends to go along with her plans. She often expresses herself in a rather arrogant manner. Despite her unruly disposition, she is shown to be capable of showing kindness towards those she is close to.

A raspy, medium to medium-high teenage voice would be great for KIM.

ANGEL is a character and enemy in OMORI. He is one of the six members of THE HOOLIGANS, and the younger brother to ARTIST. ANGEL is a young boy with brown hair styled into a pompadour hairstyle, bearing a yellow hairpin on the left side of his head. ANGEL is shown to be very energetic and easy to get into fights. Having a passion for picking fights with other people, ANGEL has no fear when it comes to confronting those that are stronger than him. He also has an interest in collecting new cards and games to entertain himself. ANGEL heavily respects THE MAVERICK, looking up to him to the point of trying to mimic some of his moves occasionally.

CHARLENE, also known as CHARLIE, is a character and enemy in OMORI. She is one of the six members of THE HOOLIGANS. CHARLENE is a teenage girl standing at an above-average height compared to the other teenagers in FARAWAY. She notably has shaggy brown hair with multiple bangs covering her eyes. Unlike her friends, CHARLENE is shown to be silent and rather aloof. She doesn't appear to have that much to say in conversations, usually indicating her shyness around others.

Shy and low would be best for CHARLIE. Timid and quiet. For SHARLEEN try to age her down or soften her by a handful of years.

THE MAVERICK, is a character and enemy in OMORI. He is one of the six members of THE HOOLIGANS. MIKHAEL is a teenage boy who wears a blond wig over his real, darker hair. This wig also deliberately covers his eyes. MIKHAEL tends to demonstrate an exaggerated personality during most of his encounters, often making flashy poses and using dramatic speech patterns in ordinary conversation. He also tends to be a bit of a showoff. 

KEL AND HERO'S DAD is a character in OMORI. He appears to be more laid-back and less strict than his wife, often able to get a laugh out of things that may have irritated others. He has lots of typical "dad" behaviors, showing a fondness for grilling and spending time with his family. He is shown to care deeply about his family and the people around him.

The mother of SUNNY and MARI, SUNNY'S MOM frequently leaves voicemails for her son, asking how SUNNY is doing and how his packing is going. Though never seen in person, it can be inferred that she cares a lot about her son, as she leaves sticky notes around the house to remind him to take care of himself and calls him regularly to check up on him. MOM should sound like... well... a mom. But her situation is complicated and her genuine love for her son is complicated, too. It would be best if her words don't always match her tone of delivery. For example, consider the effect of saying "sorry" without sounding genuinely sorry. 

KEL AND HERO'S MOM is an NPC and character in OMORI. She wears a pale green shirt and blue skirt. She is shown to be a caring mother who values the time spent with her family and her sons, but can tend to be a bit self-centered and short-sighted, sometimes overreacting to situations. She is shown to be dramatic and flighty. But ultimately, despite all of this, she cares very deeply about the people around her and does not hesitate to jump at the opportunity to provide for them.

KEL AND HERO'S MOM exhibits every range of emotion under the sun, so be prepared to be dramatic. Medium to medium-low pitch would work great. A motherly voice that can change emotion at a moment's notice.

CAPTAIN SPACEBOY, also known as SPACE (EX-)BOYFRIEND, is a major boss character in OMORI. He is the leader of the SPACE PIRATES that traverse throughout the galaxies and a major antagonist in the game. He possesses a green-colored space gun that shoots out laser beams and is used to fight against any opponent he encounters. 

As the leader of the SPACE PIRATES, CAPT. SPACEBOY is an adventurous man who desires to explore the galaxies and seeks a greater purpose in his life. He is also shown to be deeply sensitive towards those he cares about. CAPT. SPACEBOY notably appears to be a talented musician as he created his own SPECIAL MIXTAPE out of his love for SWEETHEART. However, CAPT. SPACEBOY does possess a rather emotional persona whenever he suffers under his breakup with SWEETHEART or her overbearing personality. This transforms him into the vengeful SPACE EX-BOYFRIEND, who only comes out only if SPACEBOY is angry.

POLLY is a character in OMORI. As BASIL's parents are often absent from the house, they hired her to act as a caretaker for him and his grandmother. As a caregiver, POLLY is shown to be kind and nurturing. She regularly concerns herself over the well-being of both BASIL and BASIL'S GRANDMA. Though polite and forgiving, she worries that others consider her taste in food plain and often makes more than just a few people can eat.

ROSA is first encountered after she sees EMS eating cheese in the JUNKYARD during the PROLOGUE. Initially stunned, she runs away and finds the SPECIAL MIXTAPE after doing so. When asked for the mixtape, ROSA refuses, as she wishes to own the one-of-a-kind merchandise for her collection. She then runs off at a quick pace and is unreachable. The party will be able to retrieve it after she's been supposedly stunned by the DOWNLOAD WINDOW after crossing a line that said "DO NOT CROSS."

MR. JAWSUM is a major antagonist in OMORI. He runs the LAST RESORT, located within the UNDERWATER HIGHWAY. He is also the boss of the GATOR GUYS and their other brothers. He is an anthropomorphic shark dressed like a business man. MR. JAWSUM is an unbelievably successful businessman who wants his entire career to be successful. He doesn't hesitate to trick anyone into signing his CONTRACTS to work for him at LAST RESORT. It's clear that the company is just barely staying afloat.

BOSS is a character and the first boss in OMORI. He is FOREST PLAYGROUND's local bully who often harasses others for his own amusement. BOSS appears to be a giant purple rhinoceros figure with two green horns on the front of his face, pointing upwards. Compared to the other playground residents, BOSS towers above most of them in size. Known as the FOREST PLAYGROUND's resident bully, BOSS appears to enjoy harassing others for his own amusement. He also is shown to be rather rough towards those he interacts with. Despite his negative traits, he is mostly shown to be a caring individual despite being known as a local bully for the playground residents.

SNALEY is a recurring character and NPC in OMORI. Whenever he appears, SNALEY often gets killed or injured by a series of unfortunate events that constantly happen to him. SNALEY appears to be a sentient marshmallow creature with a pair of small white legs. Occasionally oblivious at times, he often crosses paths with OMORI and friends, which leads to his unexpected series of deaths over and over again. Despite this, SNALEY appears to admire OMORI's strength and desires to become strong just like him. 

Consider a silly "character" voice for SNALEY. If you don't know where to start, try a nasally tone. Show off your comedic timing! Medium to high pitch.

DAPHNE is a character in OMORI. She is the twin sister of BOWEN (also known as OTHER TWIN), and is MIKHAEL's sister. Her family runs the bakery inside OTHERMART and has been doing so for four generations. DAPHNE has dark skin and hair, much like her family members. She wears a white shirt and brown skirt, though it appears to be a uniform her family wears in their bakery. Despite her nonchalant appearance, she is quite talkative unlike her twin brother BOWEN. She is calm and gets bored easily, constantly looking for something to do when she's not working at the Bakery. She spends most of her time with BOWEN.

BOWEN is a character in OMORI. He is the twin brother of DAPHNE (also known as TWIN) and MIKHAEL's older brother. His family runs the bakery inside the OTHERMART. BOWEN has short dark hair which is curved at the left side and tanned skin alike to his sister. He seen wearing a white button up with taupe coloured pants, which appears to just be his uniform when working at the bakery. BOWEN is the less outspoken twin, having less dialogue than his twin sister DAPHNE. Like his sister, he enjoys playing games but gets bored quickly. He seems to spend most of his time with DAPHNE.

MOLLY is a character and NPC in OMORI. She is the oldest of the three SLIME GIRLS residing within HUMPHREY. Her appearance is derived from that of an octopus. MOLLY is the devious and cunning oldest SLIME SISTER, appearing somewhat passive aggressive and sometimes flirtatious. She often addresses people as "darling" and has a laugh that sounds like "fufufu." As a scientist, MOLLY seems to prefer working with metal. She describes herself as a busy person whose work takes patience and appears skilled. She is actually extraordinarily lazy and prefers computer sciences and technology as her medium due to the minimal amount of movement required to create her experiments. And if something goes wrong, it's someone or something else's fault instead of her own.

MEDUSA is a character and NPC in OMORI. She is the youngest of the three SLIME GIRLS residing within HUMPHREY. Outside of battle, she has light green hair, lighter green skin, and wears a lab coat. She also has red eyes and wears circular red earrings. MEDUSA appears to have tentacles like her sisters which are similar to those of a jellyfish. Despite being the youngest of the slime sisters, MEDUSA also appears to be the most mature and practical. However, she does not like people with bad manners and feels they should be taught a lesson. She often addresses people as "doll".

She is usually the calmest and most mature of the three SLIME GIRL sisters; I think the Seele voice of Honkai Star Rail eng dub would switch her.

MARINA is a character and NPC in OMORI. She is the middle child of the three SLIME GIRLS residing within HUMPHREY.

JOY (also known as SMALL GIRL) is a character in OMORI who can be tutored. She appears to be somewhat pale and short in stature. As JOY, she is extremely shy and nervous, not confident. Her father keeps her pretty focused on her studies and limits her time outside with friends. Her counterpart, HAPPY, is more boisterous and chipper, no trace of stutter or shyness in sight.

MICHAEL (also known as GUITAR GUY) is a character in OMORI. He has big aspirations of being a singer and musician one day and is trying to save money to move to the city so he can become a star. He's friendly and ambitious, but also cares deeply about his family. He is the bigger brother of JOY. 

JESSE (also known as HEADPHONES KID) is a character in OMORI. Both he and his counterpart, BANGS, have very little energy and prefer to keep to themselves instead of venture outside of their comfort zones. Anything and everything takes "too much effort" to them, but they enjoy watching the people around them who they care about have fun.

SEAN, also known as CHECKERS GUY, is a character in OMORI who resides in FARAWAY TOWN with his girlfriend, KAREN. He is a young adult with short, dark hair reminiscent of HERO's hair. He has somewhat pale skin and sports a short-sleeved shirt with a blue checkered pattern on it. He appears to be an extremely kind man who cares very deeply for his girlfriend, even forfeiting his own opinions for her sake.

KAREN is a character and NPC in OMORI. KAREN appears to be a young woman and is initially referred to as PIGTAILS LADY. She has dark skin and hair styled into two pigtails. She is a perky, sweet girl who is deeply in love with her boyfriend, SEAN. 

SEAN and KAREN are that kind of couple that are painfully in love. Medium to medium-high or high would be a perfect voice for KAREN, but what matters most is line delivery: being able to be nearly annoying with how infatuated you are with your boyfriend. As REN, sound a handful of years younger.

BEBE is a character in OMORI. She has short brown hair and wears a purple and blue striped shirt. She is deeply romantic and hopeful, but very shy. She dreams of finding true love one day. Her biggest defining characteristic is her crush on a certain young man in town...

DAISY is a character and NPC in OMORI. She is one of the various residents of the FOREST PLAYGROUND, and appears to have a huge crush on the puzzle-loving NEB. DAISY is a small humanoid girl with white skin and dark purple hair that ends in a bobcut. DAISY is characterized by her shy, gentle demeanor. She enjoys picking new flowers and seems to collect them as a hobby. Her most defining trait is her huge crush on NEB, who only seems interested in playing puzzles.

The SPACE PIRATES are characters and NPCs in OMORI. They are led by CAPT. SPACEBOY. All SPACE PIRATES resemble bird-like humanoids with light blue skin and purple hair. They all appear identical in appearance, donning the same uniform of a red bandana with a star design on their heads and a striped shirt. The SPACE PIRATES are loyal individuals to CAPT. SPACEBOY, often caring for his wellbeing. Most of them desire to have a thrill-seeking adventure, and are disheartened when their beloved captain refuses to continue adventuring during his bedridden episode of lovesickness. 

There are three primary SPACE PIRATES, so at least three people will be cast for this role. Give us your best dudebro guy; pitches can vary!

KITE KID is a character and optional boss in OMORI. He is a young boy who enjoys flying his beloved kite in the breezy winds of PINWHEEL FOREST. KITE KID appears to be a young boy wearing a navy blue hat, goggles, jacket, and a yellow scarf. He is always seen with his kite. While not much is shown about him, KITE KID enjoys flying his kite and believes that his bond with it is unbeatable. 

LIFE JAM GUY is a character and enemy in OMORI. He is a friendly jar of red-colored jam that sells LIFE JAM to the party on every occasion they come across him. He resembles a large jar of red-colored jam. LIFE JAM GUY is shown to be amicable to the party, and offers them free samples of LIFE JAM. However, despite his benevolent demeanor, LIFE JAM GUY is rather dangerous.

Consider a parody of the Kool-Aid Guy. Picture a commercial voice. Medium to low pitch.

SIR MAXIMUS I, II, & III are mini-bosses in OMORI. They are devoted guards that try to halt the party's progress in SWEETHEART'S CASTLE. SIR MAXIMUS IV is another character along this family line who is met later. They are dressed in knight's armor, with a blade instead of a plume for their helmets. They are devoted to their responsibility and most of all, to each other (their family).

SPROUT MOLE MIKE is a character and NPC in OMORI. He is a SPROUT MOLE who semi-hosts the hit game show filmed in SPROUT MOLE VILLAGE, SWEETHEART'S QUEST FOR HEARTS. SPROUT MOLE MIKE appears to be a typical SPROUT MOLE sporting a pair of dapper sunglasses that obscure his eyes from view. SPROUT MOLE MIKE possesses the persona of a show host, often expressing himself as an enthusiastic individual who wants the crowd to go wild during his shows. He usually tends to be dramatic when speaking to his audience, and is rather well-spoken compared to other regular SPROUT MOLES.

DADDY LONGLEGS is a character and NPC in OMORI. He serves as a guide-type character that follows the player around. DADDY LONGLEGS is a tall, completely black figure, with long claws for hands. Throughout the player's journey, talking to him multiple times results in different dialogue. Like most minor characters, he has a vague personality, but is suggested to be caring.

PRETTY BOY is a character in OMORI who is often found relaxing on a bench at FARAWAY PARK. He appears to be a teen boy or young adult who sports a blue and black striped sweater. PRETTY BOY is shown to be a kind boy who enjoys people watching at the park. He enjoys playing PET ROCKS with his PET ROCK, ROSE LAD. 

PESSI is a character and NPC in OMORI who lives in OTHERWORLD. He is one of SWEETHEART's biggest fans, often cosplaying as her and claiming that he is the ultimate fan of the duchess. PESSI is a light-skinned humanoid that looks similar to SWEETHEART in appearance. He refers to himself as the "ultimate fan" and proudly expresses this feat to anyone he comes across. 

KEEPER OF THE CASTLE is a character and NPC in OMORI. It is known to hold various cryptic secrets. The KEEPER OF THE CASTLE is a long, shadowy creature made out of dark substance. The KEEPER OF THE CASTLE is rather mysterious, holding many secrets. It speaks in a rather calm, enigmatic manner. 

A voice that is both soothing and unsettling would be ideal, as paradoxical as that may seem. The KEEPER is a friend as much as an enigma.

GINO is a character in OMORI, being one of the long-time residents of Faraway. Despite his name being Gino, he has no connections to Gino's Pizzeria. A little bit of a vain nerd, GINO can be found trying to repair machinery in FARAWAY TOWN. He's a good sport, however, and friendly and upbeat even when he loses a challenge.

MANDO (also known as FIX-IT GUY) is a character in OMORI. The man usually found behind the counter at FIX-IT, FARAWAY TOWN'S hardware store. He's generally uninterested in a whole lot other than trying to get money, often appearing bored or falling asleep while on the job, even while there's an open book about how to get rich quick at his elbow.

PEDRO (also known as SHOPKEEP) is a character in OMORI. He works at the register for HOBBEEZ, and SUNNY can buy various "nerdy" paraphernalia from him. PEDRO can first be encountered in HOBBEEZ. KEL tells SUNNY that he needs to buy a cookbook for HERO when he gets home, so SUNNY and KEL buy the cookbook from PEDRO. PEDRO can be interacted with in other segments in FARAWAY, but there are no other mandatory interactions with him. He is also one of the four veterans of PET ROCKS, and is also the one where SUNNY can obtain his first PET ROCK.
