I was listening to the Mario's Madness v2 soundtrack, and thought "hey, in OH GOD NO Mario's voice is from the cartoons but Luigi's is from the games... why not have Luigi's voice also be from the cartoons?
then i realized that would be inconsistent with I HATE YOU
But Then, I realized both official FLPs are out, so I decided to do it myself! Now I need a voice actor for Luigi
