Project Overview
Of Hollow Glass is a historical fantasy thesis project following Pierre, a sickly man who turns on his lover to obtain an angelic blessing rumored to heal him of his ailments.
This is a stylized 3D animated short film that utilizes 2D animation techniques and takes place in a 17th-Century French cathedral. It is focused on the relationship between the two main characters, Pierre and Alessio, as Pierre's desperation for survival rips them apart in a high-intensity sword fight.
There are approximately 9 lines per character, with the bulk of them taking place in a brief dialogue sequence near the start of the film. Full film length is around 2 minutes and 30 seconds. If you are considering auditioning for this project, please ensure you have clear and good quality audio. Voice Actor
Pierre is an approximately 30-year-old sickly man. He is ambitious and self-serving, willing to do whatever it takes for his own benefit, and often pushes himself too far. He has a slightly higher and more nasally voice, his tone rather desperate.

Alessio is an approximately 30-year-old man. He is strong and kind-hearted, wishing to see the best in people and doing what he can for those he loves. He has a strong, confident voice and speaks more elegantly, always seeming to know the right thing to say.
