Responsibilities:
Manage presenters and schedules
Review auditions and applications
Organize broadcasts and events
Support presenter training
Ensure shows follow XS Pulse standards
Help develop the station’s future direction

The Music & Programming Director controls the sound and identity of XS Pulse.
Responsibilities:
Manage music playlists
Select songs that fit the alternative format
Discover new artists
Create themed shows and special events
Work with presenters on music choices
Maintain the XS Pulse sound

Broadcast & Audio Operations
The Technical Director manages the technical side of the station.
Responsibilities:
Support broadcasting software setups
Assist presenters with live equipment
Monitor stream quality
Help manage Icecast connections
