New open slots for Project Danganronpa: Mandela Academy

I am primarily looking for someone with a mid-high vocal range who is also able to capture that self-conscious yet determined attitude she has. Someone who can put her foot down but doesn't like doing it. While I'm not looking for a direct impersonation, I did take heavy inspiration from Kaede Akamatsu and Erika Harlacher's portrayal of the character for reference. Lucy Watsuki is a kind, supportive, trusting, and slightly dorky young woman, and she is the protagonist of the story. She is a studious girl, keeping her grades high while she helps around her town, and taking notes on her classmates at Mandela Academy. She never viewed her leadership skills as more than a common trait other girls her age have, so she struggles with finding the confidence in wholeheartedly admitting that she is the Ultimate Leader and is deserving of that title. She doesn't like upsetting others, and she can be very stubborn when she's trying to right a wrong she believes to have done. Her ability to push forward despite their circumstances has made quite a few of her classmates look up to her.

This one feels a little self-explanatory, basically just an English version of Hatsune Miku. I'm looking for someone with a high female tone who can embody the high-energy childish personality she has. Here is her character bio for those interested:

Mikutsu "Miku" Tsukimi is a very lively, energetic, and bubbly personality. Being practically raised alongside the Ultimate Composer her entire childhood has given her the opportunity to create music that has consistently topped the charts in Japan. Despite her scatterbrained, disorganized, and criminally short attention span, her intellect is on par with the rest of the class, so she doesn't need to be taken lightly!

There are a lot of special scenes that require art in the game. While I am looking for a general anime art-style, that's about where my pickiness ends. It doesn't need to look like the CGs in Danganronpa, just to look like a pin-up of an anime. In this role, I'd appreciate you being able to draw both the characters and the backgrounds with similar competence. And be warned that there will be a lot of full-body drawings.

As the game is being made in Ren'Py, numerous backgrounds will be needed instead of 3D environments. Art-style isn't something I'm searching for, per se, being able to draw environments competently is all I'm really looking for here.

If you've ever played Danganronpa, these are the comic strips that'll accompany the closing arguments. I'm quite open to different art-styles for this position especially. I'm not an artist, myself, so most of the paneling and stuff would be left up to you.
