Project:IDOL (Net Idol Oc Cover and Art Based Group)
Project Overview
Project:IDOL is a passion project of mine based on well known net idol groups like: Connections, V-girls, and Shangri-La. Here at Project:IDOL, we will be debuting waves of Units with original characters we design as a group, NOT personas. We will start out with Jpop covers and eventually branch out into other languages and potentially original music. Although this is mostly music based, I'm not against having Voice Acting elements like mini Visual Novels using character sprites by our beloved artists!
Vocal Requirements:
- USB or XLR microphone-- I can suggest beginner USB mics if needed!
- Age 14-19-- I may make exceptions, but this is the age range I'm most comfortable working with.
- Discord-- please send your discord information with your audition!
- 1-3 RAW Japanese and/or English vocal samples
- 1-3 RAW samples of English voice acting

This role requires the ability to draw 3-4 full body drawings every 3 months for our unit covers. Solo or duo member cover art can be discussed but the priority is for the unit to all have the same artist.
Depending on how these auditions go, we will most likely be accepting 1-2 artists (for now), so they can split the work load. Ex: Artist 1 does sketch and line art, Artist 2 does coloring and shading OR Artist 1 does unit artwork while Artist 2 does solo artwork.

I'm looking for simple CB style animation for our unit covers (released every 3 months), and simple color coded lyric videos for solo covers! I'm willing to commission/pay for CB style videos if needed, so feel free to drop your rates if you're commission only!

This role requires the ability to come up with stylish idol-inspired outfits to fit the song concepts! Not every cover will require original costumes for the idols, but some definitely will!
