A murder in Rio de Janeiro - the victim? A famous politician. The perpetrator? José Santos. The twist? José works as a young news reporter, constantly committing crimes, then being sent to the exact location of the crime scene to report it on national television, without a single soul suspecting him. His girlfriend happens to get promoted to a detective at just the wrong time - and the case that kicks off her dream career is the murder that her beloved partner in life has committed. How will José manage to juggle between his crime life, a career that involves constant public exposure, and hiding from his wife, who is working as hard as she can to discover what she isn't aware is the destruction of her own life and relationship? What happens when one of the protagonist's friends turns out to be part of a criminal group which has been on his tail ever since the night of the crime? In addition, that same group is slowly denying José access to neighborhoods all throughout the city, unless he confesses his crime in front of Brazil. Will he be able to hide his true colors from the world? What would happen if they were to be revealed? How would his girlfriend react if she found out that the answer to her investigation is sleeping beside her every night?

2. Keep in mind that this series contains serious topics - while there won't be any direct explicitness in the scripts, do not audition if you're not comfortable with the topics mentioned in the description.

4. Be consistent. Do not audition if you are going to quit halfway through the project.
5. You can audition for as many roles as you like, but you will only be accepted for one.

José is the main character of the story. Aside from being a criminal, he is also a news reporter, who is famous for how handsome he is. He's outgoing, flirty, cheerful.

Camila is José's girlfriend. She is a young detective, but what she doesn't suspect is that her boyfriend is the perpetrator of her breakthrough case. She is outgoing, positive, yet serious when necessary.
Then why did you get out of bed in the middle of the night?
(Sarcastically) Duh, so does half of Brazil!
(flirty) Are you underestimating my capabilities, you hunk?
Raquel is José's colleague and best friend. Along with the protagonist, she is the host of the national news emission. She is a supportive, caring, and clumsy person, with an outstanding fashion sesne.
(Serious) Good evening, I’m Raquel Martinez and these are today’s news.
You seem nervous. You’re never nervous.

Paulo is José and Raquel's best friend. The three of them are an inseparable group. He is in charge of camerawork and is also known as the weather forecast boy. There is something... strange... about him. Maybe he's hiding something.

(Evil) Boss, José has entered the Dona Marta.

The Big Silva is the leader of a crime group, his wife being both his partner in crime and life. He is aware of José's true nature and admires his skills of hiding evidence, hence he has attempted to lure him into his group numerous times, none of which successful. A man with power.

Belinda is the wife of The Big Silva. She has helped him with his crimes ever since they were a young couple. She is an outgoing, independent woman who has grown tired of her husband, therefore often acts flirtatious around men. José somehow seems to perfectly fit into her type.

(Worried) Don’t shoot! Are you crazy?
Miguel is the only person who knows José's dark secret and accepts him. Not only that, he's his partner in crime, getting him out of any tough situation. He often is undercover, most commonly dressed as a barman, serving drinks all around the world. Hmmm.. Have I seen him somewhere?

(Ironic) Did someone order a... PUNCH?!

Houston is an English detective, sent to Brazil for the murder case of the politician. He is the boss of Camila, who develops feelings for her and suspects her boyfriend, José, as the perpetrator of the crime since the very beginning, out of pure jealousy.
We’re expecting a list of suspects to come in today around noon.
Camila, doesn’t your boyfriend, José Santos, wear an earring?
(shy) Hey, Camila? Would you like to get dinner with me?
The story starts off with his murder. Despite not being alive, he appears often throughout the plot - haunting José's thoughts, or in old interviews that he has given, which are being examined for any clues of what could have led to his accident.
(Frightened) Hey, you! Stop!
Oh boy… you have chosen the wrong person!
(Cheerful) Greetings, fellow citizens!
José's boss. A nice man with good intentions. Strictly follows whether all of his employees are ethical. He sees José's potential and continuously supports him in his career. Unknowingly sends him to report from places that he's forbidden from entering.
(Encouraging) Come on, golden boy, this is your chance.
