Hi everyone ! Today Music Box Entertainment open his door ! I recruit trainees but also CEO's for help me to manage this project

What is MUSIC BOX entertainment ?
Music Box Entertainment (MB ent) is an online virtual pop agency,
By virtual, it means that there is nothing "official" so it is normal if by entering "the agency" you don't become famous.
The agency continuously recruits trainees, these trainees regularly receive task / mission to help them improve, accomplishing the task remains optional but there will be returns to each task accomplished for each person. having done so is a plus: we see your motivation and we can help you to improve
The CEOs (for now, only me) of the agency launch auditions from time to time for groups which will be produced inside the agency (group of Jpop, Kpop..etc) each audition will have a number to select members, they will sometimes be done in several rounds, sometimes in the form of survival. The trainees who succeed in their hearing then pass idol and finally do their activity in their group
- Can participate in auditions: Trainees, but also people who are outside the agency, in the same way as recruiting trainees, successfully auditioning for a group allows you to enter in the agency also.
The agency would also have a "radio station" where all types of collaboration will be among the idols and the trainees, the collaborators would also be auditioned but so that there is a fair number of trainees and idols ( that we don't have the same ones who also participate)
basically for a random person, she comes back as trainee, her goal is to one day succeed in an audition to join a group and therefore go "idol". That said being only trainne doesn't prevent him from making collab.
That said, still a few rules already set:
- A person cannot be part of more than 2 group and they will have to be of different style, like a group of J-pop and a group of K-pop, or a group of K-pop and a group of Q-pop ....
- It applies to CEOs too .. Who will not be able to be part of a group. That said they can still participate in the radio station and if comes from this idea, why not launch a group only CEO (but this is to avoid "cheating" during the auditions, it is sure that if one of the CEOs participates seen that it is they who choose the members final of the group, it's not very fair for the others, conversely for the collabs at the limit as long as we do not disturb a certain balance idol / trainee there is no problem)
- Each group would have a "Leader" because yes as much when the agency has only 2-3 groups the CEOs will be able to manage everything, but if the project works properly, we will not be able to be everywhere, the role of the leader will be to .. Manage their groups like we manage a chorus? Make vote the song, ping people, ask the DLs all that, basically they will manage their group while the CEOs will manage all and will serve to ensure the proper functioning of each group (they do not die, that it reigns there a good atmosphere)
- FOR STAFF. Yeah it's a very important thing because when I spoke auditions it was mainly for the role of vocalist, for the first time in my life I don't want to benefit more than that the staff, obviously no staff no cover I know the song ahah! This is why it will not be "favored more than that" it will be a little, but not too much (lol I explain): Indeed during group auditions it is the "best singers" who are selected, the trainees and idol who know how to mix will have the role" mixer ", they will be ping when all the records of a project will be rendered and checked (for redo) and therefore we will then take a volunteer for mix, the mixer will therefore be sure to have a good time mixing since everything will have been checked in advance and because of the auditions the singers should not be particularly wrong, which gives them a big plus to progress in the mix , in the same way as the other trainees they can pass idol in groups and mix their own groups but for once, like all the mixers will be ping it will not be compulsory, it is the same for those which will make the video : the mix will be good, clean with good vocal (lol I dream too much) so what motivated, but more depending on the groups we will have.. a color cod in most cases (I don't see myself doing anything else for groups of Kpop or Qpop for example lmao, and even Jpop except if we have groups linked to animes (like aikatsu or Love Live) it will be Color Cod with Faceclaim.
To participate you must :
- You can be a boy or a girl, nothing care about it, there will be audition for girls group, boys group and mixed group
- you must speak a minimum of english, because this project does not really target any country (for proof i am french) and i would like this project to be "international". English being the most spoken language in the world it is required to have a correct level (enough to understand / be understood)
