Monster Kingdom - Comic Dub & RPG Demo
Project Overview
Hello, everyone! This is a casting call for the dub of my webcomic series, Monster Kingdom, as well as for a demo of an upcoming RPG adaptation based on the series.
Monster Kingdom is a slice-of-life/action story that follows the daily adventures of two monsters, Abumi and Majin, along with the friends and rivals they encounter along the way.
Payment:
Pay rate is $3 per line.
Payment will be made through PayPal. I will pay you before you begin any recording.

Voice Actor
Blair is a strict and no-nonsense crime boss. She possesses a serene demeanor, rarely losing her temper or showing her emotions openly. While she demands loyalty and respect, Blair shows generosity and kindness to those who serve her well.
Voice Type:
Calm and controlled, carrying the presence of someone who is always in command.

Voice Actor
Maximus is Bosue and Jay's father. Kind-hearted and unwavering in his convictions, he believes that compassion matters more than bloodline or tradition. Years ago, he risked everything to protect the woman he loved, refusing to abandon her despite his family's prejudice. Though gentle by nature, Maximus possesses quiet courage and will stand firm when those he cares about are threatened.
Voice Type:
Warm, gentle, and fatherly. His voice should carry kindness and quiet confidence. When those he cares about are threatened, however, he should be able to shift into a fierce and commanding tone.

Voice Actor
The wise and compassionate ruler of Atheria. He believes a king's greatest responsibility is protecting his people, even at great personal cost. Calm, composed, and authoritative.
Voice Type:
Deep, commanding, and mature. Think of a king who inspires loyalty through wisdom rather than intimidation.

Voice Actor
Atlas is Abumi's father and the master of a local dojo. A seasoned martial artist, he believes true strength is earned through discipline, perseverance, and trust in one's allies. Though his stern demeanor can make him seem intimidating, every lesson he teaches comes from a place of genuine love and a desire to see his daughter grow.
Voice Type:
Deep, commanding, and disciplined. Atlas should sound like a respected martial arts master. Even his praise is measured, and his affection is subtle but sincere.

Voice Actor
One of King Ragnar's elite bodyguards. Ronan is disciplined, practical, and always focused on efficiency and readiness. He has a dry sense of humor but never lets it interfere with his professionalism.
Voice Type:
Calm, stoic, and serious. Should sound like an experienced veteran who rarely wastes words.

Voice Actor
King Ragnar's other personal bodyguard. Edric is intelligent, methodical, and often approaches problems from a logical perspective. While equally loyal, he has a slightly drier wit than Ronan and occasionally becomes defensive when proven wrong.
Voice Type:
Calm and articulate with a subtle sense of pride. More analytical than emotional.

Voice Actor
The primary antagonist of the Monster Kingdom RPG. Lucian genuinely believes he is the only one capable of protecting Atheria. He is calm, intelligent, and unwavering in his convictions. He never raises his voice in anger because he never feels the need to.
Voice Type:
Smooth, composed, and charismatic. He should sound persuasive and self-assured. His confidence comes from absolute certainty that he is right.

Voice Actor
A loyal castle guard who takes his duty seriously. Though young and inexperienced, he refuses to back down from someone who threatens the king.
Voice Type:
Confident and disciplined with a slight hint of nervousness when facing someone clearly dangerous.
Halt! State your name and your business. No one enters the castle without permission.
You think I will simply step aside because you demand it? I swore an oath to protect this kingdom.
Y-Your Majesty... an intruder...
Voice Actor
April tends to stay out of the spotlight and prefers quiet moments over crowded places. Though she struggles with confidence, she's incredibly compassionate and always willing to help those around her.
Voice Type:
Soft, gentle, and warm. She speaks thoughtfully and politely, with a hint of shyness around strangers.
