Monologue-style Speaking Part for Film
Project Overview
Perhaps not quite your normal request seen on this site... I am looking for somebody to speak/sing the first section of 'I Just Dont Know What To Do With Myself', but in a way which you might do if you were alone and singing/ muttering to yourself.
This character is sad, depressed and lonely. They have basically gone a little crazy, they have locked themselves away from the world and they have this song constantly stuck in their head.
It needs to be quiet and as if you were absentmindedly singing to yourself - certainly not as if you are singing in the shower when no one is around!
No need to have a good singing voice - In fact, the more out of tune and genuine, the better!
I need the recording to be about 2 mins long ( but really can be longer if you feel you can!). Repeat parts, dont rush the words, take your time and please improvise with anything else that feels natural!

Would be great if the lyrics to be interjected with a few other lines where the character is talking to themselves :
- what am I doing .. what am I doing?
- what am I doing here?
- I can't breathe
- I just want to breathe; the air goes in and I cannot exhale
- my throat is tight, and my body is hungry
- Because I just… I just need to breathe
I am a student and the audio will be used in an art film.Good quality mic needed and no sound effects please! I will be posting another role in a day or two. I really need this ASAP!
