Nedd Bear's personality is that of a wisecracking hillbilly. He's goofy, often failing to realise the severity of his actions while also quipping silly one-liners. This also suggests that he is also somewhat dim-witted.

He has a tendency to drone on for long periods of time.
I was having just a delightful picnic with my good friend Orville. And I said to him, I said, "Orville, I-I have a story." And he said to me, "What’s the significance of the story?" I said to him "Orville, not every story has to have significance, ya know? Sometimes uhh, you know, sometimes a story is just a story.
He seems over-dramatic with his voice being full of dramatic flair and tends to be easily confused.
What did you think of my act?
He tried to release you, he tried to release us, but I won't let that happen, I will keep you here, I will hold you here, no matter how many times they burn us.

He is highly eccentric. He appears to share the same demeanour as Funtime Freddy but is a little more twisted and less sane compared to the other animatronics. He is shown to still retain his energetic persona but his voice tends to glitch while he is speaking.
