Izuku is the main protagonist. In the world of "Sheltered", ALIPI has taken over Japan in an anti-Quirk society, where the weaker Quirks are watched over and the 'dangerous' ones are locked away. His Mom is observed and Kacchan is taken away. Oh! And show some emotion on the 3rd line! Make the character seem like he's seeing someone get killed! (Tho, Kacchan isn't dead)
(explaining) I'm Quirkless, so I got off easier than others...
(determined) I'll join ALIPI... and protect my Mom from them!
