Mental Toxin - An Animated Series
Project Overview
Hello There! My name is Fen and i'm a not well known voice actor and writer, I've always enjoyed making little series and stories and this one in particular i'd like to bring to life.
I love seeing so many awesome people come together to make something so special and so entertaining, it truly makes me so happy, so I'd like to find some cool peeps to help with this project!
In this project i'm looking for animators, drawing artists, singers and voice actors!
Now enough of my yip yap, below this is the plot for this story, Hope you like it (:

In the last few days of summer, a group of kids go missing unexpectedly, Including River’s lover, May Saline.
most people thought the cause was a kidnapping of some sort, some even thought it was a joint suicide.
On the other hand River is still mourning the disappearance of their darling, until a spark of hope appears when a clue is found by River’s sister, Marley, A pink strip of fabric from Mays' dress the day of her disappearance, caught on a branch of a tree in the local park.
River goes on a hunt for May, doing as much as they can to figure out where exactly she and the group of unknown kids went.
Of course there has to be an awkward love triangle so one of River’s best friends, Metayo, joins the hunt, soon to find out the secrets of this odd disappearance.
What i ask of you

- First and foremost, Have fun with it, It's ok to sound silly or unnatural, turns out those are the best takes.
Be passionate, and do what YOU think sounds like the character, I love hearing different takes on it.
- Second please make sure there is no background noise getting in the way of your awesome voices e.g fans, vacuums loud noises/voices.
So make sure you're in a nice and quite area with some what noise reduction
- Third feel free to cut your lines to your best or favourite takes, whatever you think sounds great, send it through with your email and you should be good to go!
- Lastly i am planning on having more then 1 'season' of this series, so I'd love to cast people who will stay with this for a while.

Quick note! just for safety reasons and personal preference i'd like to keep all the cast over 13 and under 18, since I myself am a minor and preferably would like some people within my age range.

River is a 16 year old, has quite a deep and calm voice, depending on who's she's with.
My inspiration for her was mainly Vi from Arcane/League of legends, that very protective tone when looking out for her sister or lover, yet stern, aware and bold most of the time when talking to strangers.
(in soothing and soft voice) "Hey...It's gonna be ok, ok?"
(Worried and distressed voice) "May.. May where are you?!"
(Giggling/Out of breath from laughing) "May- hehe... May stop it!"
For Metayo he has kind of a scratchy like voice, He's in love with River but doesn't really admit, poor guy is stuck in a love triangle, but he does care deeply for River and her safety.
Metayo was inspired by Tony Padilla from 13 reasons why, he is very protective and knows when something is a stupid idea.
(worried but trying to be brave) "River... We should just go home"
(shocked) "Y-You did what?!"
(stern, a bit frustrated) "River. This isn't a good idea"
Marley has a high or mid like voice, being a little nasely, she is a cheeky yet somehow mature 12 year old, she knows when somethings wrong, but she tries to enjoy her childhood as much as she can
I kinda had an inspiration for Marley, knowing what being the youngest sibling is like, so a bit inspired from how I was of a kid.
(shocked, slight shakey tone) "River.... Isn't this May's....."
(excited, energetic) "River- You're back!"
( very smug) "She's not into you dude"
I'm looking for an animator with a clean art style, maybe a bit like Hazbin Hotel type animation if possible
nice and smooth, not very choppy if that makes sense.
I have not worked with an animator so if you are up for this position it would be easier to talk one on one.

Will is a moody 18 year old brother, trying his best to keep his siblings out of trouble.
I didn't have an inspiration for Will but he's just a typical moody brother you see in movies.
(moody, frustrated) "Marley stop stealing my Game-boy!"
(had a realisation, shocked) "River... I don't think May's ok..."
(Angry, slightly out of breath) "Will you ever realise that the real world isn't pretty Marley!"
Angelica is this loving, beautiful black woman, with such a soothing voice it could practically put you to sleep.
I wanted to have a motherly figure in this series, since river and the other kids don't really have parents, so why not the loving neighbour?
(panicking, worried) "Have you seen May? She hasn't been back in days and-....What?....."
(caring, motherly) "Kids i made lasagne! come in and eat"
(Frustrated, protective) "You lay a hand on that kid and your ass is dead!"
