Mended Wings Pilot

Mei is a young 14 year old girl who is, unwarily, a fairy human hybrid. One day she's kinda just isakai'd into the fairy world by Ayaka

• Lighter-skinned girl with light purple hair, pink eyes
• Her mom is killed when Mei is five, nobody knowing why, so she’s left to be raised by her dad.

• Main Character

Personality: Mei is a rather shy girl who, while she can talk to people, tends to choose not to. She doesn't have any strong support group, and is still struggling with her mothers disappearance, she is a smart girl, but also very cautious and doesn't tend to like stepping out of her comfort zone, much less be forced out of it.

Elisa is a young girl who died a pretty tragic death, she plays a far bigger role later on, but since the pilot is pretty much just Arc 1, she doesn't have much to do.

• Ghost girl, Green eyes, dark brown hair, pirate-like outfit.
• Elisa is the child of a pirate woman from the 1600s, her mom had a special spring that she would bring Elisa to if she got injured, and it always healed her. But because this spring was a leak of wild magic, it was capable of being quite unstable, and this is what led to her death.
• Looks - 8-10ish, Actual - Over 400
• Important Side Character

Personality: Elisa doesn't have a solid personality shown off in the pilot, but in the final show she is chaotic, and mischievous, but still does care about those she trusts.

Miss Saline is the principle of the school, while at first she plans to follow orders and kill Mei, Ayaka's pleading manages to convince her otherwise.

• Miss Saline is a serious older woman, who has been under the thumb of the government her whole life. Even so, she does have morals still, and after hearing her student's pleading, she can't bring herself to just kill a kid, even if they are a hybrid.

• Important Side Character

Personality: Serious, stern, strict and good with magic, but she does still deeply care for her students.

Caylin is one of the students at the academy, he is a trans guy, and is one of the first people not in on it to discover that Mei is a hybrid, and that there are no plans to execute her.

• Still a very fem build, but clearly using stuff like binders, short red hair, green eyes, water magic.
• Perhaps a slight british accent

• Supporting Character

Personality: Caylin is very comfortable in his life at the academy, and doesn't like things shaking it up. He has his friends, his classes, his clubs, and that's all he needs. Easy to say he doesn't appreciate it when that status quo is shaken up by some lower-grade girl bringing a Hybrid in.

Light is the 1st of the government leaders. They have a mastery over Light magic. They do not serve a huge role in the story of the pilot, but does get some interaction with Dark.

Personality: Being the first magical being to exist, they've seen a lot. Light was the one to suggest the idea of simply killing the hybrids rather than trying to teach them magic, since it's easier to control what they created.

Dark is the 2nd of the government leaders. They have a mastery over Dark magic. They do not serve a huge role in the story of the pilot, but are the one who brings the possible Hybrid at the school to Ice's attention.

• All of the leaders have no explicit gender, they also all have a design that represents their element. Dark is a shadow whom can morph and change shape.

Personality: Dark doesn't tend to talk much. They prefer to observe. They also never leave Light's area since a shadow can't exist without light. Dark is also a jokester, loves pulling pranks on the other government members. They do their job while doing so still.

Ice is the 4th of the government leaders. They have a mastery over Ice magic. They also serve the most important role of the pilot, being the one who discovers Mei, and gives her access to her natural magic, making Mei have ice magic.

Personality: Ice, as their element may suggest, they are the most chill of the elements. They are very cold, and likes to have fun with what they may consider 'prey', upon catching Mei, they give her magic to make the hunt more fun.

Azalea is the head of the front office desk in the fairy world's school! She tries to help Mei adjust to this new world she's found herself in. Other important info!

• Light Magic, pink hair with blonde streaks, think Japanese school uniform but...pinker
• Azalea is a graduated senior who ended up going back to the school a mere year later because she was assigned the role of 'front desk lady' while at job selection.
• 19 (Pilot)
• Important Side Character

Personality: Azalea tries her best to be kind and bubbly, but is still quite wary of the idea of Mei (a hybrid) being at the school. However the principle has assigned her to help out with the whole Mei situation and make sure it doesn't get out that there's a living hybrid at the school.

Once we're far enough in that we start animation, storyboarders will be needed!
