Melty Blood Dubs
Project Overview
Ignoring how pixelated the 'dubs' part of our logo is, we're a group of Melty/Tsukihime fans who want to dub some content pertaining to that franchise, whether they be memes or sections from the original novel, maybe some of the manga. Tsukihime being a visual novel written by Kinoko Nasu, who is more known for works like Fate Stay/Night & The Garden of Sinners.
Feel free to do your own take on the characters despite the official dub existing.

Shiki Tohno
The protagonist of Tsukihime.
At first glance, he appears to be your average highschooler, but he was trained in anti-demon techniques at an early age, and is pretty physically talented for a human.
At a young age when still known as 'Shiki Nanaya' he had been met with a near death experience at the hands of his adoptive brother 'SHIKI Tohno', and was gifted the “Mystic Eyes of Death Perception,” which allows him to see the death of others. By cutting the “Lines of Death,” which are only visible to Shiki, he can cut nearly anything.
He can also “kill” by striking the “point of death".
A short time after that near death experience and some identity shuffling making him believe he was Shiki Tohno, he met 'Aoko Aozaki' who would change his life forever; Gifting him glasses that hide those dreadful lines of death.
For the comfort of Aoko, he calls only her 'Sensei'.
Skipping over the main premise of Tsukihime because it's really long and convoluted, despite probably being the simplest work by Kinoko Nasu.
Shiki Nanaya
Many years after that near death experience, Shiki had developed a split personality, Nanaya.
Nanaya is more or less Tohno's bloodlust manifested into his own being after some complicated circumstances including White Len. He takes great enjoyment in violence.
Please keep this in mind, Tohno is a normal dude while Nanaya is that same guy just really serious. Both have the same voice.

The main heroine of “Tsukihime”, she is a blood-sucking vampire known to some as the “White Princess of the True Ancestors."
She came to the town of Misaki in pursuit of her nemesis, Roa (SHIKI), the serpent of Akasha, but in the process she had found herself “dismantled” into 17 pieces by Shiki Tohno.
With Tohno's help, she managed to destroy Roa and settled in the town.
Her fighting power is unparalleled, and it is no exaggeration to say that she is the strongest character that has ever appeared in the world of Tsukihime.
She's a very whimsical, cheerful figure in Tsukihime. Despite knowing the basics of the modern era, she is still unfamiliar with the social norms. She's the kind to get excited over trying a burger for the first time.
She also has an hypothetical evil version that had been manifested by the Night of Wallachia, but we can mostly ignore that. (Oh, and please check Neco-Arc's page since she's just a tiny goofier version of Arcueid!)

The former 17th incarnation of Roa, now an Executor of the Burial Agency.
Ciel is her baptismal name and her original one is Elesia.
As an Executor, she has the authority to single-handedly hunt heretics.
She has inherited Roa's knowledge of magic and her natural talent for magic circuits, making her even more skilled than an A-ranked mage.
She holds the seventh rank in the burial institution.

She is the current head of the Tohno family and SHIKI's younger blood sister who attends Asagami Private Girl's Academy in the neighboring prefecture.
She has grown up to be a perfect young lady, from her manners to her behavior, due to her strict upbringing since childhood.
Because of her Tohno heritage, she possesses something called the 'Caging Hair'.

One of the maids of the Tohno family and Kohaku's twin sister.
She is an extreme germophobe in charge of Shiki's personal care and cleaning of the house.
She is also a skilled maid who has mastered the “Dark Jade Fist,” a technique passed down from one generation to the next. Her cleaning skills are remarkable, but for some reason, her culinary skills are devastatingly poor.

One of the two maids who serve the Tohno family and Hisui's twin sister.
She's in charge of Shiki and Akiha's healthcare and prior to Shiki's arrival, she was in charge of Makihisa and SHIKI.
She is estimated to be 17 years old, the same age as Shiki, but she is much older than Shiki on her family register in order to qualify as a pharmacist.
She typically does household chores, and tends to the garden nowadays.
Wearing a constant smile, she can be mistaken for a mad scientist at times ...which wouldn't necessarily be wrong to say.
He is also the creator of Mecha Hisui.
"Well, I won Hisui-chan. So, just like you promised, please leave the cleaning of the masnion to me♪"
"Now if you'll excuse me, I should get back to cleaning."

She is one of the last five existing magicians in the Tsukihime universe. However, she can use not only magic but also sorcery. How is that different? Ask Nasu.
Although her skill in magic is not so great, she has a natural talent in the art of destruction.
Aoko is the younger sister of Aozaki Touko, who appears in 'The Garden of the Sinners'.
After the events of 'Witch on the Holy Night', Aoko remains at odds with Touko over the theft of her grandfather's belongings and whatever else happens in that VN (I still haven't read it!)
The lenses used in Shiki's glasses were originally made from a mystic eye-killer that belonged to Touko.
"Well, I suppose it must be fate that we met here, so you wanna chat for a little while? My name is Aozaki Aoko. What's yours?"
"...There's no need to apologize. It's true that you did something I should be angry at you for, but it's definitely not your fault."
"I'm not gonna sugar coat it!"
Despite looking like a jumble of letters it's pronounced "Nero".
#10 of the 27 Dead Apostles.
His human name is Forbro Rowain. He is a graduate of the Wandering Sea Magic Society who had been transformed into an immortal by a sorcerer in his search for immortality.
Unlike ordinary immortals, who directly take in beasts as part of their bodies, he has internalized and muddled the 666 elements of beasts into his body, creating chaos within his body.
This is why Nero calls himself the primordial sea.
His unique ward is the “Beast King's Nest.
He maintains the primordial sea by expanding the inherent boundary inside his own body (in the form of a human being) (it is thought that such a large number of humans are needed as energy for this purpose).

Shiki Tohno's former classmate and fellow badminton club member from junior high.
During the winter vacation of her eighth grade year, Yumizuka had found herself stuck in an old warehouse during the winter. Shiki ended up saving him, leading to Yumizuka falling for him.
In her non-existent route, she had her blood sucked out by Roa, which turned her into a vampire.
Because of her innate spiritual nature, she was able to become a bloodsucker immediately after his death and escape from Roa's control. Even after she had just become a vampire, she still had the memories and knowledge of her human life, which indicates that she had exceptional spiritual qualities.

The familiar who can enter other people's dreams, she is a centennial-level messenger of Arcueid.
She rarely speaks with a physical voice, instead choosing to speak directly to the mind through a kind of telepathy, usually responding with gestures and eyes.
Since she had been resting under the protection of Arcueid, she only became active after the main story of Tsukihime.

Kouma Kishima, a mysterious demon with overwhelming strength. He is just as merciful as he is ruthless, being the one who murdered the Nanaya clan, yet also becoming a hermit in the mountains later on. He inherits extreme strength as a being known as a "Crimson Red Vermillion", yet he is also disciplined enough to spare his challengers when he wishes to. He does not fight with mindlessness. Up until Melty Blood: Type Lumina, Kouma is portrayed as an illusion created by TATARI, or in Kagatsu Tohya, a lingering nightmare in Shiki's mind. In Type Lumina, he appears to be his actual self.

Her real name is “Sion Eltnam Sokaris", her name changing upon being appointed as the head of the Atlas Academy eight years ago. Changing it to “Sion Eltnam Atlasia”. She was an alchemist at the Atlas Academy in Egypt, but escaped and followed TATARI to the town of Misaki. She can also hack other people's brains using Etherlite (an artificial nervous system with the shape of a nano-scale filament one micron), which has been passed down in the Eltnam family for generations. She excels in a special kind of thinking ability called split-thinking, and in combat, she combines it with fast thinking to calculate every situation and find a way out of it.

The elementary schooler daughter of the Arima family, the same family that Shiki lived with before returning to the Tohno mansion. (In the game, she is described as a junior high school student, but according to Nasu, Shiki was mistaken.) Unable to muster the confidence to confront Shiki, she is mistakenly believed to dislike Shiki. As an outlet for her frustration and embarrassment from being unable to talk to Shiki the way she wants to, she practices bajiquan.

The thirteenth of the twenty-seven ancestors of the Dead, former known under the name of Zepia Eltnam Oberon. It is a special kind of mortal among the twenty-seven ancestors.
It is called the Night of Wallachia, because it was during the night of Wallachia that it first appeared as a TATARI. He's a bit hard to explain but, more or less he's the big bad vampire of the Melty Blood fighting games.

Riesbyfe is the captain of the Vestel Shield Knights led by the Holy Church.
I'm not too familiar with her lore so I won't even attempt to describe her.

The protagonist of the novel & film series, 'The Garden of Sinners' (Kara No Kyoukai). She too has a split personality, though not as a pronounced as Tohno's.
"I think I wander around in a peopleless town because I want to be alone. Or do I do it because I want to believe that I'm alone?"
