Project Overview
This will be a Magical Girl love live cover group which will include OCs of your own as Magical Girls based around a color. My goal is to become a Magical Girl-based Love Live group to rival the 9Mermaids in the beauty of the voices in the group. I don't look to challenge them, I admire them, I just want to look for a great cast!
We will create OCs and names for our Magical Girls after we cast.
While we will cover Love Live songs, that's not all we will do, we will cover a variety of songs so it never gets boring.
You need a discord because that's where the planning will happen.
The two languages members NEED to know how to sing in is English and Japanese, but any other language will give you higher points towards getting in the group, as well as other abilities such as mixing, drawing, animating, etc.
My idea is that we work on two different covers at once but will have plenty of time to work on it, from 3 weeks to over a month.
Please do not audition if you will not turn stuff in unless you have a reasonable excuse.
You do not have to be familiar with all the songs we sing, since I don't expect you to know every song out there. You just have to be willing to learn the songs.
How to audition:
-Introduce yourself as the name you want to be credited as
-Then sing a song, please show harmonies if you can
-Introduce yourself further if you desire and say different things you can do for the group
-Be sure to credit the person who made the English lyrics of the song
-The songs do not have to be Love Live
Notes:
-The first songs we will cover will be among songs such as Connect, Magia, Colorful, Sis Puella Magica, And I'm Home, Tomodachi, Yakusoku, Sakebe, Kimi no Gin no Niwa, Hanakotoba, Yusha-tachi no Lullaby, Inori no Uta, Egao no Kimi e, and Hoshi to Hana, as well as other Magical Girl themes, and we will do a Love Live song every other time after a Magical Girl song.
-I want this to be a top-quality cover group is why I am not going to be in it and just be giving out assignments to others. I'll be the Kyubey of the group, basically, to be honest. I'll color code the lyrics, give assignments, be the cheerleader, and manage the channel it is posted on--my song cover channel. I'll also promote our covers on my like 35 discord servers.
-Be able to express emotion while singing
-I cannot accept you unless you have a good mic with no background noise
-Not all girls will be used for every song!

Voice type: I'm looking for a beautiful soprano voice that can hit high notes and give off that innocence of Madoka Kaname, which embodies the color with her giving spirit. Or you could do the Yuna Yuki approach and sing very powerfully yet cheerful and happy. Either way, I'm looking for a soprano or mezzo that can hit high notes and be the giving spirit of the group that everyone feels they can go to if they have troubles. In Love Live terms, I need a Kotori. Either Pure or Smile.

Voice: I want either a Sayaka Miki approach, where you have a mezzo nasally voice that is powerful and mature, or a Mimori Togo (whose voice actor plays Umi) approach where it's a beautiful alto voice that is mature.
I want them to bring maturity to the group, one of the deeper voices, that is either a Maki or an Umi, and sound very grown-up and beautiful! Their voice should be a definite strength to the group. I need a Cool personality for this one.

Voice: I want this person to be the co-leader of the group after Pink. They need to be a smile attribute, and have a mezzo-soprano voice. It needs to be smooth and clear, and a mature kind of high-pitched voice, knowing how to use their voice correctly. They need to be peppy and cheerful as they sing. I'd take a mature voice over a high-pitched voice for this character though. Both Mami Tomoe and Fu Inubozaki are both big sister-type girls that need a mature voice.

Voice: Green is a baby of the group, and they need a cutesy girly voice, such as Nico. They will be a pure attribute though, so they need innocence in their voice. A babyish voice would be well suited for this role. A soprano is a must. They will be hitting the highest notes for this group, so don't strain your voice. Itsuki Inubozaki is a girl who loves to sing, so it's okay to sound cheerful when you sing and not shy (no girl who auditions for this should sing shyly on purpose), just try to sound babyish and cutesy.

Voice: (My favorite of the group) Red is the mischievous, tsundere, and hot-headed one of the group. She needs a sassy low mezzo voice. Cool attribute. Think of Kyoko Sakura who is brash and bold in her actions, she needs a powerhouse voice that can steal the show. Think of Karin Miyoshi though, who is a tsundere with a inferiority complex to her older brother, she has a sweet heart, especially near the end, so be able to sing softly too when necessary.

Voice: Orange is the deepest voice in the group, a cool attribute. Tomboyish yet proud, Orange is like Gin Minowa, who fights even when the score is against her, she is powerful and confident. I need their voice to be just like that, confident despite being a lower voice. Orange will be the lower notes and harmonies for the group.

Voice: Purple, like Sonoko Nogi, is an air-headed girl who is a pure or smile attribute. A soprano or mezzo-soprano, she should have a soft, dreamy, voice. Hanayo is a good example, but don't pretend to be shy for any character on this tryout. Maybe have a light nasally voice, but that isn't a requirement.

Voice: A mezzo or alto, not as deep as orange, but like Umi, a middle-type voice. She will be another deeper voice to pair with orange. Like Homura Akemi, she has a mysterious side to her, and so I need a alluring and mysterious voice to be for Black. She will be one of the most important voices in the group for some songs, so she needs to be able to be a leader in some fashion as well. She is 3rd in charge. Cool attribute.

Voice: White should have an innocent, mezzo-soprano, yet smile attribute voice. Cheerful and happy, she should take much joy in singing just like Snow White on MGRP enjoys helping people. She is the lead voice on the songs from Magical Girl Raising Project when we do them, and so she needs to be a leader of some form too. Or you can do a different take on White, and make her have a mysterious, alluring, sounding voice like Oriko from Madoka Magica Oriko Magica, cool attribute.

This is an important job since I have no clue about mixing. I would love for someone else to do this for me, but I have a friend I could always call on if necessary. But I'd like to have a mix that is professional. If someone in the group could do this, I would absolutely cast them if I had a tie between two voices, aka both fit the voice and it's a hard decision, for who gets cast if they could mix.
