Project Overview
Macarons is a short comedy about Rob, a guy who's having a rough go of it — bad week, bad luck, but one thing he refuses to mess up is his daughter's birthday. So he does what any reasonable person would do and robs a macaron shop.
The thing is, nobody in the shop really reacts the way you'd expect. The workers are unfazed, the random guy on his laptop is more confused than scared, and Rob ends up just... asking what flavors they have. It's awkward and dumb in the best way.
It's a quick watch with a simple premise, but it's got a real moment at the end that makes it worth it. We're keeping the crew tight and the shoot simple
