Bubbly and headstrong, Kasumi Nakasu is a first year and founder of the Nijigasaki High School Idol Club. Kasumi has had her heart set on becoming a school idol for as long as she can remember, and wants to become a school idol to participate in idol activities with a "senpai." Overly determined to be the number one school idol, Kasumi stops at nothing to get to her goal, even if it involves sabotaging or harming others. Despite her unstoppable desire to reach the top, Kasumi also has a softer side and cares for her friends, though she doesn't always show it. Kasumi's voice is high-pitched and sweet, and she has the most power in her mid to high tones. Kasumi has a voice that embodies the true spirit of an idol, so make sure to let that passion shine through in your singing!

Though shy and unable to express herself well, Rina Tennoji decides to join Nijigasaki High School Idol Club for the sake of her best friend, Ai Miyashita. Despite her inability to show her emotions through facial expressions, Rina conveys her feelings to her friends and fans using her "Rina-chan Board." This invention allows Rina to show facial expressions on either her sketchbook paper or on her electronic board during performances or when doing tasks that require both hands. Rina's voice is high-pitched and cutesy, with the most power being in her high tones. Rina's voice is a bit nasally, and is full of emotion. Remember: Rina cannot emote without her board and her voice, so make sure to let your emotions shine through when singing!

Setsuna Yuki is an enigmatic, legendary school idol. Unlike her fellow members of the Nijigasaki School Idol Club, Setsuna initiated her school idol career on her own accord, and she follows it very seriously. Many other students of Nijigasaki claim to have never seen Setsuna at school due to the fact that she takes school idol activities extremely seriously. Despite her mysterious aura, Setsuna is a very studious girl, who devotes all of her off time to her classes and studies. Setsuna is also very friendly, and would do anything to support those she cares for. Setsuna's voice has the most power in her mid to low tones, is extremely bold, and is a bit raspy. 

Kind, innocent, and honest, Ayumu Uehara is seen by many as the "leading lady" in the Nijigasaki High School Idol Club. Ayumu was encouraged to join the idol club by her childhood friend, and has earnestly worked to become a school idol. Ayumu is an amateur school idol and is very inexperienced in many fields. As such, Ayumu tends to get anxious easily when thinking about her capabilities, but is always supported and cheered on by the fellow club members. Ayumu has a very sweet, clear voice, and she has the most power in her mid to high tones. Though she is often nervous when taking the stage, Ayumu always performs from her heart, so make sure to keep this in mind when singing!

A high-octane girl, Ai is always full of energy and spunk. Ai is big-hearted, extremely friendly, and treats her neighbors as her family. Ai has a gyaru personality and, because of it, people assume she is rebellious or rude. That is the exact opposite of Ai's personality. Ai is a star student, good-natured, and sociable. She is also known for using puns in her everyday communications, to the annoyance of some others. In contrast to her sweet side, Ai is also known to be a bit too loud and commanding at times. Ai's voice sees the most strength in her mid-tones, and her voice has nasal and brightness to it. Keep in mind Ai's high-octane personality when singing, and try to match or exceed her energy!

Compared to her fellow idols at Nijigasaki, Karin is very mature and seductive for her age. Karin uses her adult-like appearance to come off as endearing to her peers, and uses her attitude and appearance to her advantage. Aside from her school idol work, Karin is a model and, despite her seductive personality, is actually quite childlike deep down. She tends to get nervous and flustered easily, but, overall, is able to keep up her mature personality very well. Karin has the most power in her low tones, and, overall, has a deep, smooth voice full of intrigue. 

Always sleepy and relaxed, Kanata Konoe is a third-year of the Nijigasaki School Idol Club. She is often found napping in her "secret spots" around the high school, and is so lethargic that she seems to be asleep even when she is awake and aware of her surroundings. Although she is often asleep, Kanata is a very diligent student and a skilled chef. She is vert devoted to being a school idol and says one of her biggest motivations is "to someday take a nap with her audience members during a live show." Kanata's voice is very soft and dreamlike, with the most power in her low to mid tones. Kanata's voice is clear and calm, and is so soft that it sounds like she could fall asleep at a moment's notice! 

A foreign exchange student from Switzerland, Emma Verde is a kind and sisterly addition to the Nijigasaki High School Idol Club. Emma studied Japanese and moved to Japan in order to pursue her dream of being a school idol, and her determination to become the idol she's dreamed of becoming has helped her battle her homesickness. Emma loves the outdoors, and loves to go on walks in the woods. As an idol, Emma hopes to become an encouraging role-model and make others smile. Emma has a very sweet, airy voice, with the most power in her high tones. 

PLEASE NOTE: I am likely to cast 1-2 video editors for this project, depending on if a support animator is needed. In this instance, please keep an eye on your direct messages if auditioning for this role, as I cannot cast more than one person from the project page.

Video editors will be expected to make one video for the full cover once the mix is complete. Videos done in the style of "chorus-battle animations" are preferred and will increase your likelihood of being cast, but "color-coded" style videos are also an acceptable video format. To audition, please attach two or more examples of videos that are either "chorus-battle" style or "color-coded" style that you have previously created.

Mix masters will be required to mix the vocals and the instrumental, as well as master the final track. With this being said, you will not be responsible for auto-tuning or timing the vocals with the instrumental track, so skills in those fields are not required to audition. To audition, please attach 2 or more mixes that you have worked on in the past. If you were not the only person who mixed your attached mixes, please state which parts of the mix you completed.
