Louie & Friends | Casting Call 2
Project Overview
Louie & Friends is a series starring various of my original characters! The series is a slice of life cartoon inspired by various kids shows I enjoy.
This call is made to cast various characters who will be appearing in the main series, but will likely make their debut in the short form episodes first.
Louie & Friends stars various animal characters who all live their own lives in large cities or small towns, but are all good friends. Each story follows various scenarios with my characters, be it a job swap between two best friends, a mystery having to be solved, or a simple day out. Wholesome is often this show's middle name, and if someone's down in the dumps, or just needs a little boost of courage, everyone is willing to help each other out when needs be.
For voice recording please use a decent quality microphone. Once cast, I’ll contact you over Discord if possible. The deadline will be extended if necessary, and you're in no rush to get your audition done.
Ziri is an autistic transgender male cheetah and is Mika’s bassist. A bit more shy and quiet off stage, his true colours shine when she performs. They loves outer space and astronomy and their bass guitar Rockit looks like, well, a rocket.
—————————
I want an authentic transgender voice actor for Ziri, so please only audition if you are trans yourself!

Hi there. My name is Ziri.
Sounding stellar, Mika! Lemme add a bass line for ya.
This is my rockin’ bass, Rockit. I’ve had them by my side since I was a cub.
Dee is Cosy Countryside (and to a lesser extent, Cat Claw City’s) “mail carrier pigeon” who works for a postal service made up entirely of flying animals. She always makes sure to deliver her “special Dee-liveries” on time and with a smile.
Dee has a middle-pitched teenage British accent. She isn’t too high pitched, but not too low pitched either. She has a little bit of excitement in her voice.

Hello Louie! Special Dee-livery for you!
Nor rain, nor snow, nor strong winds will stop this pigeon from delivering the goods!
I can’t stop for long. These Dee-liveries aren’t gonna Dee-liver themselves!
Natalie is a roving reporter for CC24, Cat Claw City’s news network. She has trouble finding news stories worth reporting on, but when she does, you’ll be sure she’ll be the one to report on it. She also loves the camera and will make sure she looks her best on it.
Natalie has a medium pitched adult American accent. She has a lot of seriousness in her voice as a news reporter.
