This will be about a 20 second video about League of Legends starring Ezreal and (a deep-voiced) Teemo. It won't be fully animated -- it's a series of drawings, like a storyboard. The tone is meant to be humorous and silly.

Despite the character, this would actually be a deep voiced Teemo. As described in the lines, he'd be mostly unenthusiastic in an almost condescending way. Ezreal is yelling at him and he just isn't bothered by it.

"I--I've been in another lane. I've been across the map." (unenthusiastic/almost bored tone because he thinks Ezreal is just being stupid)
(alternative lines, same unenthusiastic/bored tone as the previous line) "I don't think that's how this works." "No I'm pretty sure that's incorrect." "Well then."

"Teemo!!!" (This is said with a tone as if he's been angrily looking for Teemo forever, and finally found him to scold him)
"**You're** the reason I keep getting hooked. [pause] **You're** the reason I'm losing." (pointing at him, accusatory)
"*Gasp*" (he gets hooked by Blitzcrank here... then he says with intense rage) "Everyone... report... Teemo."
