Kokoro Connect : Episode 1 [FANDUB]
Project Overview
Hey there,
Kokoro Connect had been and still is one of the shows that stuck with me ever since the first time I saw it. So much so that I'm compelled to bring these characters to life through our voices. The plan for now is to dub the first episode, that being said, depending on how it goes, we can potentially do more! I'm extremely excited for this project and I hope you all are too!
Plot: When five students at Yamaboshi Academy realize that there are no clubs where they fit in, they band together to form the Student Cultural Society, or "StuCS" for short. The club consists of: Taichi Yaegashi, a hardcore wrestling fan; Iori Nagase, an indecisive optimist; Himeko Inaba, a calm computer genius; Yui Kiriyama, a petite karate practitioner; and Yoshifumi Aoki, the class clown.
One day, Aoki and Yui experience a strange incident when, without warning, they switch bodies for a short period of time. As this supernatural phenomenon continues to occur randomly amongst the five friends, they begin to realize that it is not just fun and games. Now forced to become closer than ever, they soon discover each other's hidden secrets and emotional scars, which could end up tearing the StuCS and their friendship apart.

Inaba Himeko is one of the main characters of Kokoro Connect series. She is the vice president of the Student Cultural Society and, during the first four volumes, a classmate of Taichi and Iori's. She is exceptionally skilled at gathering and analyzing information, and, as a result, knows many private details about her fellow club members. Although she is calm and logical, Inaba has a difficult time handling awkward situations and does not like things to get out of her control.

Nagase Iori is one of the main characters of Kokoro Connect series. She is the president of the Student Cultural Society. She attends the same homeroom as Taichiand Inaba and is seen as a bright and popular individual amongst her peers. A bold and dynamic character, Iori endeavors to bring excitement and fun to the Cultural Club and later develops into the voice of reason amongst her friends, keeping peace during times of strife. Iori also lives alone with her single mother who is often out.

I've been thinking about what's missing from the StuCS paper....and I concluded that we need to add a sexy and dangerous element to the paper for our readers!
Kiriyama Yui is a classmate of Aoki and a member of the Student Cultural Society. Despite her small build, she has a black belt in karate and has won many tournaments from her years in middle school. Yui has an affinity for cute things and her room is full of dolls and adorable accents. In addition, though she tries to keep it a secret, Yui suffers from androphobia.
That's what happened to me....I thought it was just a bad dream last night....so I hid under the covers....when I opened my eyes again, everything was back to normal....There's absolutely no way that could have been real!
Isn't it rare to see a genuine laugh from Taichi? Usually there's and edge of some sort when he laughs.
Somethings definitely not right with the world when Aoki gets to sound condescending.
Yaegashi Rina is the younger sister of Taichi and the two are shown to be quite close. She typically holds the responsibility of waking her brother up in the morning and is very interested in Taichi's love life. Despite her young age, Rina will often give her older brother relationship advice. At the start of the series, Rina is in the 5th grade.

Nagase, Reika is the mother of Iori. She is currently a single mother, though in the past married and divorced (or at least been in an intimate relationship with) five men who would serve as father figures to a young Iori. During the course of the series, Reika is often out at night, leaving her daughter to take care of herself independently.

What's this Yoshifumi, talking to a friend?
Fujishima Maiko is Class 1-C's representative and later becomes a member of the Student Council. A model student, she is well respected by her fellow classmates and teachers, alike. As the daughter of a high-ranking police officer, Fujishima herself exudes authority and leadership. She acts as a key leader amongst the Student Concil Executives. She is also openly in love with Iori.
