Project Overview
Hello!
I am making a Comic Dub of my all time favourite webcomic "Kiwi Blitz" I am aiming to upload one chapter a week, but that may be extended depending on a couple things!
I will be adding more characters here in the future, so keep your eyes out!
Comic Synopsis:
Kiwi Blitz is longform webcomic that chronicles the adventures of a
couple teenagers’ attempts to fight crime in the not-too-distant future.
Imagine an American superhero cartoon mixed with a Japanese mecha
anime, and you’ve got the basic husk of the comic’s existence!

The main character of this particular tale! She's the daughter of a rich industrialist and never seen without her headphones. She thinks she makes quite the hero, but reality is a bit different from her expectations.
Blitz is Steffi's alternate identity as a vigilante. She usually rides around in her kiwi bird mech, but recently she also obtained powered body armor. People have guessed her true identity by this point, partially thanks to her ridiculous hair.
I imagine her with a Higher pitched voice and a slight German accent (you may occasionally have to read German lines)
"You Said only you and dad know about this bot, right? WE CAN USE KIWIBOT TO FIGHT CRIME!!!"
"Oh Mein Gott!!" (German OMG?)
(Mid battle) "Time for Kiwibot's signature attack!" "Beak shot!"
Steffi's childhood friend who recently upgraded to boyfriend status. He doesn't exactly approve of Steffi's vigilante shenanigans, but whatchagonnado. Is decently proficient with both martial arts and guns due to being a huge nerd for both.
(Steffi just pulled off a risky but successful move) "...Nicely done, you nut job."
"Hey mister Frohlich, Talk some sense into your daughter"
"If I were you I'd go for the- Forget it he's returning fire!!! EVASIVE MANEUVERS!"
Steffi's father and serial enabler. There's two things Heinrich loves; his daughter, and building things. Steffi's newfound vigilante hobby happened to be the perfect combination of both. Luckily, he's rich enough to afford such bad ideas.
VERY slight German accent
(Steffi just suggested using Kiwibot for fighting crime) "Hrm... Justice + RBL Exposure + Pleasing deaughter to be cooler than her mother equals...." "I'm behind you a hundred percent!"
*thick German accent* (but still understandable) "On my daughters birthday? of course not!"
An illegal Japanese robot, sent to Steffi's father by an old friend. Her true level of sentience is up for debate, but she's definitely quite advanced. If only she'd stop smiling so much...
I imagine her with a light Japanese accent and a high monotone voice.
"I cannot participate in an direct harming of humans, but I am ready to assist with any technological aspects"
"I am sorry if my appearance startled you. I had to wash my cloth components since they got some dirt on them."
A costumed thief that flies around New York's rooftops with the help of her powered grappling gauntlet. Is assumed by most citizens to be a boy. Thanks to Steffi's prodding, they now have a weird friendship going on.
I imagine she sounds a bit like a young boy, since she is mistaken for one.
"Hi robot lady! Glad you made it!"
"Woops, he woke up fast! Time to go!" "Try to keep up!" (flying away with grappling hook) "YAHOOOO!"
(very upset) "Don't give me that crap! You're the only one that could've told them!"
Gear is some kind of cyborg villain asshole girl. Armed with powerful prosthetics on her left side, she's made a couple attempts to kill Blitz, along with various bystanders. Still not quite sure what's up with that.
I imagine her with a low voice.
"Sorry, but you look offensively boring."
"See, I'd preffer if you police guys didn't interfere in the showdown we're about to have. You have kinda boring methods of conflict resolution, Y'know?" "So if any of you try to butt in, I'll just go ahead and blow everybody up."
Reed is a member of the NYPD, and the son of its chief. He thinks Blitz comes from the right place and trusts her more than his comrades would like. He recently lost his right arm in an encounter with Gear.
(watching Blitz battle enemy) "So... Should we arrest this guy, or...?"
(to Blitz) I don't know what you're doing here, but you helped out with this guy. We're not about to arrest you for that." "Oh, and do you have some sort of pseudonym you want us to call you in the press?"
Reed's partner in the police force. She isn't as approving of Blitz's actions as Reed, and isn't afraid to let him know it. It's possible that no one on the police force knows her full name.
She's usually pretty sarcastic and non-caring.
"Welp, we made it to the scene. Time to sit around and wait for the army to show up to actually do something about it."
(confronting traitor) "I've been thinking. You're the only one I know of that's had and "contact" with the SWAT. And who just runs off to look for people we're supposed to be meeting?"
Used to pretend to be a cop, before revealing herself as a double agent. With Hircus arrested, she's become Alter's defacto leader. Kind of a huge asshole, honestly.
(asking Reed out) "Well in that case... Wanna go on a date?"
(bargaining) "Who we are is a whole thing you don't really need to worry about. We have a problem and you're the perfect person to solve it." "Long story short, we'd like you to kill Blitz for us."
