GIVE ME YOUR BEST INTERPRETATION OF THE CHARACTER BASED ON THEIR ORIGINAL JP VOICE.
Hello, all! This is just a fun project I decided to do since I haven't directed my own project in years. And to be honest, I've been such a procrastinator in the past and really want to do something I know I'll finish. So I already have my own lines recorded, script written, now all I need is a cast. Like I said, I haven't created my own project in a while so scouting wasn't really an option since I haven't heard any new talents in a while. So without further ado, I'll explain the rules + requirements.
- Must have GOOD QUALITY MIC (always important no matter what)
- Keep in mind I will NEVER cast before the deadline
- Be willing to provide your email if cast
- I highly recommend using the reference video to help you!
The original title of this anime is "Watashi ga Motete Dousunda!?" or Kiss Him, Not Me. It revovles around an otaku/fujoshi who suddenly gets skinny after her favorite character dies in her game. Then, suddenly she's surrounded by a harem of guys but she'd rather them go after each other than her.
The scene I'm dubbing is about 12 minutes. It's basically the second half of episode 2. All lines are taken from my written script (you'll notice they aren't exactly like the subs in the video). I already cast myself as Serinuma and completed all of her lines. Shinomiya is already cast as well.

"I'm sure you were all lured here by her looks, but don't let that fool you! This girl is the biggest otaku you'll ever meet!"
[About to reveal Serinuma's otaku collection she hid] "Try saying that... after seeing this!"

One of Kae's classmates, who is part of the football club. He is characterized as "the boy next door" type and is the most competitive out of Kae's suitors. He was polite with Kae before loosing weight but he only beacame interested in her because of her appearance.
[Explaining the situation] "Looks like in addition to all the weight she dropped,her test scores dropped too..."
[Teasingly] "You always get worked up when you're caught red-handed."
"I gotta say, I've never gotten that excited being in a girl's room before."

A third year student who is president of the history club and one of the few people who liked Kae before she lost her weight. While more laid back and less competitive than the other boys, he can become aggressive when someone picks on Kae. He's very open minded and doesn't seem to notice nor mind any of Kae's otaku eccentricities.
"Serinuma, you're good at Japanese history, right?What's your worse subject?"
[Starts off cold] That's enough... [Slowly progresses to passive argressive] Excuse me, we're studying here, so um...Please. Go. Ahead. And. Leave.
[Kindly, reassuring] "Hey now, don't be so rough with them.Aren't they important to you?"

One of Kae's classmates, who is categorized as a "bad boy tsundere" type (AKA he gets flustered and angressive easily when his faults are pointed out). He used to be a football player when he was much younger, but lost confidence following an incident with Yuusuke. He has a younger sister and is good at housekeeping.
[Passive agressive] "Hey. Aren't you a first year? Are you sure you're able to keep up?"
[Pissed off] "Dammit, Igarashi, I'm gonna kill you!"
[Sneaky, mischievous] "Maybe we should check what she's got hiding under here?"
