Koriju Koopa is an ice elemental koopa who was moved away by Morton Sr's Kingdom along with his mother, Setsuna Koopa, where he trained himself in traditional karate, bushido, and sumo, and became a ronin koopa hero of his people. His voice should have sounded like an English-Japanese accent. He's older than Bowser, so it would make sense if it's an older male, but also not too elderly either. Also the Uncle of the Koopalings/Koopa Vanguard and Bowser Jr.

It is good to see you again Ludwig, but you seem stressed
She is the grandmother of both the Koopalings (Koopa Vanguard) and Bowser Jr, as well as the Mother of Bowser, Koriju, and Balthizar Koopa. She lives in the Iceland in her own Kingdom after she divorced Morton Sr and took Koriju with her to raise him herself.

He is a Koopa Ronin Mercenary, who is an old rival of Koriju Koopa. He will accept any job with money involved, dirty or otherwise. He was hired by Supreme Leader Kamek to dispose of Ludwig, but decided to add Koriju as a bonus if he were to defeat him. He just sounds like a Japanese foreigner in full English who knows bushido in the most dishonorable way.
