Philip is a very quiet guy with a fascinating adittude which causes him to be distracted by new stuff, instead of doing the task at hand. Overall, he's a very smart person (Considering hes been locked in a ice substance for like decades) | He has a Mid-Higher voice with a swift and quiet tone.

Akiko is very childish for her age (yeah shes 20.. kinda kinky if you ask me) but when it comes to it, she shows potential as yk a detective. She has a High vocal range with a playful tone

Makura is a police officer at Fuuto who has a grudge against Shotaro.. for whom knows.

Officer Jin is a officer in the Police Department. He was there when Shotaro and Akiko we're investigating the demolished Windscale building

Info Dealer is.. literally what he is, the info Dealer for Shotaro and Phillip. That's really all I can tell you since he only appears in like even episodes. (Which means he'll only appear in EP.2)
