We are a small group of people who are big fans of the anime Jujutsu Kaisen (JJK) and want to make a spin off/slice of life adaptation of the anime. This will be a project with the goal to bring the characters closer to one another and show a glimpse of the friendship that the show was unable to. The show itself is a bit dark and the introductions to each character, while providing the necessary information about them, was very brief. Our goal is to develop and display the strength of each relationship between characters and how they motivate each other through a very life-threatening job. We want to be able to show the humanity and childlike enjoyment of life that each character lacked a bit throughout the main series while they continue their fantastical study of defeating Cursed Spirits.
(disclaimer):We will primarily stay true to the Mappa storyline with some minor changes but nothing to change the big plot lines and events. All characters and animations will stay as accurate as possible to the manga as possible unless said otherwise for necessary substitution.
This is an unpaid project currently as we try to fill in the respectable positions opened. If the project gains audience attention on streaming platforms and a sizable amount of views then commissions will be given to all workers/hires respectfully.

Synopsis:
Jujutsu Kaisen (JJK) centers on Yuji Itadori, an unassuming high school student with exceptional physical prowess. His life takes a drastic turn when he ingests a cursed object – a finger fragment of Ryomen Sukuna, a malevolent entity of immense power. This act binds Yuji to Sukuna, making him the cursed spirit's unwilling host.
To prevent Sukuna's complete resurgence and the ensuing chaos, Jujutsu Sorcerers – a clandestine organization wielding cursed energy – deem Yuji's execution necessary. However, a remarkable feat allows Yuji to maintain control while wielding a portion of Sukuna's power. Given a reprieve, Yuji enrolls at Tokyo Jujutsu High, a specialized school that trains exorcists. There, he hones his newfound abilities and embarks on a perilous mission to collect Sukuna's remaining finger fragments. This quest forces Yuji to confront monstrous Curses and navigate the complex world of Jujutsu Sorcery, all while grappling with the malevolent entity residing within him.
Season 1 synopsis:
Season One starts within the storyline of the Hidden Inventory Arc which takes place in 2006 where we see the future instructors at Jujutsu High as students! Our rendition is specific to what takes place before the cannon events to get a deeper perspective into the closeness of each character and how they gained not only each others respect, but friendship as well. Gojo (main character), Mei Mei, Utahime, Nanami, Shoko, and the only non instructor Geto (main character) work together to complete their everyday courses while also taking Jujutsu classes and learning about cursed spirits (and how to extinguish them). These adventures will eventually lead up to the Hidden Inventory Arc being explored but the primary focus is on character connections for the majority of the season.
We are looking to build a dedicated team made up of the following positions:
Voice actors: The heart of the anime! You will be voicing the beloved characters! Each role is long term and requires extreme commitment and a good microphone!
Social media managers: We need people to get our project out there on social media, so you would be in charge of posting new updates, trailers, staying updated on trends to get the most media attention, and receiving any feedback from people.
Script writers: We need creative writers to help support our head writers with the script and bring plot ideas to life!
Animator: We need skilled animators to make this whole thing possible, you will be in charge of animating characters, movements, just scenes in general! This part might be the most demanding so commitment must be guaranteed!
Editors: We need editors who can piece together the scenes into episodes, edit the voice actor takes into cohesive conversatons, input any needed sounds for specific scenes or actions, and editing any necessary texts.
