Isekai Theology Game
Project Overview
Isekai Teorogī Gēmu in english is "Isekai Theology Game" and here we will read off lore from my series Kaihatsusha Taiketsu. The reason why its called "Isekai Theology" is because there's many novels within the series that are isekai, and many of them or just the series in general, explore negative and cataphatic theology. As in custom made gods made by writers and me will be explored and explained in youtube videos/shorts.Each role is a "narrator" within the "game" and they will narrate the videos as if they were teaching a class of students. This is a partner post to the original developer showdown post(Kaihatsusha Taiketsu | Casting Call Club)
There will be a game made to represent a lot of the stuff within the videos. (ie its why its called isekai theology game.) More info about that soon
add @Henryzx900 on discord for more info.
If you do anything else that's not listed please let me know. i can use help in other places.
(pictures will be added for the other characters soon)

Type: The Shy Observer
Voice: Soft, timid, and sometimes stutters a bit—but with emotional range. Gets braver during high-stakes narration.
(background)She was just a library girl from a side world—until she touched a book that remembered too much. Yua doesn’t speak loudly, but when she does, it hits. Her voice is soft, like a diary whispering secrets no one was supposed to read.
Once a god. Always a god. Hidden in linguistics.
- female adult
"U-um… they were once friends, but now… now they stand on opposite sides of a broken prayer."
"She smiled, even as the world forgot her name. I won’t forget. I promise."
Type: The Unreliable Narrator
Voice: Mysterious and whimsical. Speaks like she’s telling a fairy tale… but the facts might be off on purpose.
(background)
Warrior. Tactician. Narrator of battlefields. Selka doesn’t romanticize conflict—she’s lived it. Cold, precise, and impossible to shake.
The cries of the fallen. The Cries of them all. War is Peace.
- female adult
"Once upon a time, the moon married the sea... and their child was born screaming truth."
"They say she vanished into thin air—but I know better. I watched her melt into starlight."
Type: The Traditional, Epic Intro Voice
Voice: Deep and noble, with that "In a world where..." cadence. Excellent for cinematic openings or serious arcs.
(backstory) He doesn’t talk unless the world’s about to change. Caelus is that narrator you hear at the start of every catastrophe, or the end of every era. He’s not a god, but the gods let him speak for them sometimes. Bound to the First Tome, and yeah—his voice carries weight. He has existed ever since Soshin, created the Fourth, which created dimensions, temporal and physical
- male adult
"When the sky turned red and the stars forgot their names, only one question remained: Would the chosen rise... or be devoured by fate?"
"Thus began the final age of belief—where gods bled, and mortals ruled."
Type: The Sarcastic Gamer-Type
Voice: Casual, modern, witty—like someone who’s always one step ahead but doesn't take anything seriously.
(background)He’s technically not supposed to exist. Neku was a narrator AI from a failed dev build of the Isekai Simulation System—he glitched out, survived deletion, and now freelances as a “commentator” for whoever’s unlucky enough to trigger him. Always snarky. Always watching.
Neku's existence, in which was supposed to be false, became true. Veldona the Goddess of Isekai, made it true.
- male adult
"Oh look, another ancient prophecy. Totally not suspicious at all."
"If you’re wondering how this guy survived falling off a cathedral while on fire—so am I. Let’s watch."
Type: The Everyman
Voice: Chill, medium-low, grounded. Feels like a regular dude roped into cosmic madness.
(background)
Regular guy. Wrong place. Wrong magic circle. Tak’s narration hits different—he’s not divine, he’s not cosmic, he’s just there. Doesn’t understand all the lore, but he’s good at reading people. Somehow ended up as half narrator, half player. Go figure.
As regular as Takashi, there's something strange about him. He may be the living representation of a long forgotten god
- male young adult
"I didn’t ask to wake up in a sky temple with a magic sword, but hey... I’ve had weirder Mondays."
"Sometimes, saving the world starts with saying no to a talking frog."
Type: The Robotic Guide
Voice: Robotic or A.I. voice with slight inflections of emotion breaking through.
(background)Originally built to store the divine rulebook. Didn’t work out. Now Orin drifts through fractured timelines, narrating corrupted battle data and lost archives. Emotionless by design, but something… broke. You’ll hear it in the voice—something human trying to claw out.
....ERROR.... NO SIGNOFF MESSAGE.....
- male adult
"[Loading Memory File: Subject_001. WARNING: Emotional data leak detected.]"
"Mission Parameters: Survive. Question Protocol. Rewrite Fate."
Type: The Tactical Veteran
Voice: Confident, steady, and seasoned—like someone who’s led battles and lived to warn you.
(background)
You know that energetic voice that explains everything way too fast? That’s Reiha. Intern for the Multiversal Info Hotline. Overworked, underslept, and powered by sugar and divine caffeine. But don’t underestimate her—Faye might actually be smarter than the gods.
"One so smart that even Katrina kitty has to take notice. Despite Katrina being infinitely smarter, she looks at Reiha and gives a bright smile. One Intel. One Brain. One IQ."
- female adult
"Target engaged. Divine anomaly—classified. Deploying contingency protocol."
"She calculated every move before stepping onto the battlefield. What she didn’t account for... was mercy."
Type: The Hyperactive Info Blaster
Voice: Rapid, energetic, squeaky but not annoying—ideal for fast-paced info dumps, tutorials, or chaotic scenes.
(background)
Faye shows up when logic breaks. Narrator? Maybe. Trickster? Definitely. Her voice feels like a fairy tale you only half remember—and half believe. Sometimes she lies. Sometimes she tells the truth. You won’t know which until it’s too late.
"Loki. The god of trickery. In female form. Theologically inaccurate being."
- female adult
"Okay! So first you channel divine essence through the relic, chant something vaguely Latin-sounding, and—BOOM—instant god powers!"
"Fun fact: That monster’s weak point? Yeah, it’s the glowing part. Always the glowing part."
Writers within Developer Showdown write whatever is told of them, if it be lore, chapters, scripts, etc, it all depends on what you are called for at the time. Please send me something you've written or write something new. After that, the interview process will have you write something new about a character (after I give you lore)
*Say something you think would fit*

Yule "Kaihatsu" Kitty is a very close relative of Katrina Kitty, the smartest being in the Multiverse. She has all the basic powers of the Kitty family, along with Katrina <Law> and Imposing will. It's said that despite her lesser connection, Yule still has access to the Swirl of the Origin and its powers.
Yule became a narrator after watching Monika go on a date with Powermaster of all people. She did this just to spite Monika. But now she stands with the new generation of narrators, ready to fight along their side as their most fearless leader.
- female adult
"KK? No thats the wrong Kitty. I am Yule Kitty. Yule Kaihastu Kitty"
Jack Carlamane is an extremely powerful magic user who comes from earth. He is in his late 20's- Early 30's and he works as a book keeper for the Magical Who- I meant magical Bi- I meant magical woman, Madrid of Arcane Works. He also happens to be a bartender who serves very high value people such as Monika, Monika and Monika. His main purpose, besides killing strong magical beasts, is to keep Monika's power level in check and Madrid's mental state in check, as if Madrid swings one way too much, she could cause mass universe levels of destruction.
- female adult
"Monika, you need to find that Foxina girl and battle her. Then ill give you more scotch."
