Project Overview
I would like to make comic dubs for all the comics my little fledgling comic studio has been working on but have yet to find someone to help me make these videos. In short I need someone with enough skill to clip together sound, effects, music and voice acting with comic panels to make fun comic dubs for youtube. I'm flexible with payment though I'd like to aim for around $50 a video starting out.
