Indie Mascot Horror Game

You must voluntarily work for free as some auditions I've recently got don't understand the fact I physically cant pay and say their prices are affordable when i physically do not have money to pay no matter what their prices are and I am tired of trying to explain it so I'm stating it here.

GAME INFORMATION: A poppy playtime style game (example: one gimic/tool that helps you through the game and several different chapters with different monsters) I want to heavily focus on the scare factor of the game as well.

INFORMATION:
Game will be made in Unreal Engine 5 and everyone who auditions or is hired needs to have experience with unreal engine.

NOTE: I have no experience with stuff like this in the past but I am willing to learn (i cannot do 3d modeling in blender to save my life though I just don't understand blender whatsoever).

NOTE 2: Everyone will be included in most decisions and the game will NOT be paid for ever everything the game has will be free (game itself and future things related to it) I aim to make this game for fun and listen to communities and aim to make the game fun rather than for money like most corporate companies.

Role Information:
Programmer: great with blueprint or C++
Modelers: great with 3d modeling in blender
Animators: great with animating possibly complex models/characters
2d artists: great with 2d art, I don't care what software you use just make sure to export it as a PNG file if its a static image.
Story Writer: story writers will be helping me manage and write the story and the general idea of the game.
Voice Actor: great with voice acting characters and willing to possibly use voice changers
Publisher: must have a steamworks account to publish the game to steam
Social Media Manager: Handles stuff on sites like YouTube to publish trailers, teasers, ETC
Music Composer & Audio Creator: good with composing music and creating ambience and sound effects.
Co Director: Helps me manage the project and helps me with the direction the game & story takes.
