Project Overview
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO BE ACCEPTED
(this isn't because there's inappropriate content in the show, its just a work preference.)
ITD is a psychological thriller about ten objects who get trapped in a cave system after a mysterious astronomical event.
NOTE: This is a standalone, 45-60 minute competition episode taking place in the same universe as one of Team Object Slop's shows. It is written, directed and animated entirely by one of the team members of TOS.
It is meant to be a prelude to our full series, which will come out later this year.

-Glow Stick's Father
-Middle age/Old age
-He left his daughter's life when she was young, but came back recently because he felt guilty for abandoning her. Despite his attempts to bond, he is still grumpy and cold.
-He seems somewhat irritated by his daughter.
-Mid to deep masculine voice
-You must be able to sound old

"I don't think I should be using my paint to mark the walls like you asked... There's a reason why they banned Radium Paint usage." (sarcastic)
"Watch where you're going, kid! I almost lost my daughter when she fell down a crevice like that!" (Panic/serious)
-Radium Paint's Daughter
-College student in her early 20s
-Her mother and father got a divorce when she was young. Her father was absent from her life ever since, but she invited him to the cave to reconnect after years of little to no contact.
-She feels responsible for getting her and her father lost in the cave.
-Mid to high range feminine voice
-She will have emotional scenes, as well as scenes where she needs to sound terrified.
(NOTE: Please remember she's in her 20s, so she shouldn't sound like a child.)

"I think I got a little banged up on the way down... Nothing a few bandages cant fix!" (optimistic)
"Dad, I'm so sorry! I didn't mean for any of this to happen- Please say something!!" (sad/frantic)
-Optimistic young man who recently graduated high school.
-He is an aspiring teacher, babysitter and camp counselor during the summer
-He is the morale support throughout the show, and works as the unofficial "host"
-He plays a big role!
-Mid to high range masculine voice
-Sounds like a "camp counselor" or a perky teacher's assistant
-You will have serious scenes later on

"Its not that weird to sing songs around the fire. You do know I used to work at a camp, right?" (teasing)
"Alright guys! Lets split up into teams- Everyone with warm colors will join my team, and everyone with cold colors will join Chrissy Light's team!" (host/leader tone)
"Mr. Tape left me in charge of chaperoning the kiddos. I hope he isn't mad at me for leaving them standing there..." (sad/guilty)

-Overachiever: Perfect grades, sporty guy, "jock" personality, popular kid
-Can be full of himself, but is humbled quickly in this show.
-Anger issues

-You must be able to sound angry in a way that could make the viewers uneasy*

"What's your problem dude? You've got this huge friggin grin on your face as if your supposed 'best friend' didn't just DIE in your arms less than 48 hours ago!!" (furious)*

-High school sophomore
-Nerdy + quiet kid. Artistic and antisocial
-Timid and softspoken at first
-Becomes confident and takes on a leader role later on.
-Soft to confident high range fem voice.
-You will have emotional scenes
(NOTE: Although she's on the younger side, she shouldn't sound like a child. Also please remember that even though shes a teenager, I'm only hiring people 18 and over!)

-She has been alone for several years, so her voice is strained from lack of usage.
-She got lost in the cave, and is presumed dead.
-She's a little nutty, but oddly social for someone who hasn't socialized for 7 years straight.

-Quiet, warm voice
-Plays a major role, and will have emotional scenes

-Construction worker who was injured on the job
-His injuries worsen at the start of the show, so he begins to accept the fact that he will die.

"Im... sorry I couldn't help out the team. (Coughing) You guys are gonna do great out there." (sickly)
-They are reflective, and don't light up

"There's NINE of you down here? What the hell happened? And- And you're that woman who got lost down here back in 2016!?" (Shocked)
