On the higher side, but it's still recognizable as a male.
Can switch between royal and genocidal.
A singing voice isn't necessary but it's a plus
Character Description:
Kigh is a FtM transgender who saw an opening in the royal hierarchy and took it. After making his way to king status, he realized he's way too young to do this job. He goes off of blind instinct than experience.
